First coat start out with bright silver metal flake. Then mix up some milky looking green candy with a little black in it. Three coats of that. Wait a couple hours before you clear it.
Perfect color is this candy green with black metal flakes on top? Or jet black with metal flakes and green candy over that? Absolutely love the transition!!
Thanks! Believe it or not it's a bright metallic silver base coat. Three coats of candy green on top of the silver base. There is no metallic in the candy green. It just looks like black metallic.
Love it!!! You nailed it.
Thanks bro !

Do you have pictures of the finished bike?
In the spring Ill have a video of the bike all together.
How many layers of candy did you use I am about to start a project similar and never used candy before
I did three coats. What is your case coat ?
Can that be done with a blue over black?
Possibly. It would definitely be something you would have to experiment with

That’s awesome I’ve been looking for this exact color for my bike any other tips you have would be awesome!!
I appreciate you posting this!!!!!!
@@dfox252 My only advice would be to just take your time when you're painting it. Let each coat dry at least 20 min.
Do you have a paint code for this by any chance?
Unfortunately I don't. It's all trial and error. Mixing up colors can be hit or miss
Very similar to Mercedes emerald green
