Windows 1.0 Development Release 5 On Windows 10 (Demo)

A pre-release build of Windows was created called the Windows 1.0 Development Release #5. This build is the fifth in the Development Release series. The goal of this build was to assist application developers in creating Windows-compatible designs and development processes. It was probably published in the weeks that followed after it was compiled on October 31, 1984, according to INSTALL.BAT (filename). Although earlier versions of Windows are known to exist in private collections, this build is the earliest that is currently available.
