This was done when the Plus expansion wasn't there yet, I did this in only one playthrough so I just did it with Knuckles, you can't change the character until you either start another playthrough or Encore Mode if you find a Combi Monitor.

THEY WERE SO CLOSE!!! There should have been a new level for each heavy. And they were on track to do that until Lava Reef just throws Rider and King to the side for a reused zone 😭 why couldn’t they have made one more zone? Idk man just doesn’t make sense to me.

He uses Mecha Sonic's charge up on the Master Emerald before he powers his scepter fully hit him as many times at that point, for the leader of the heavies he sure is easy, easier than the others since they can be tough, the laser is easily dodged.
