Freaking legends, having a bit of fun and not terribly worried about stage quality... RIP John & Chris.

Bloody hell, what a bunch of miserable comments and smart-arse bullshit, like "Chris is playing a Fender, how weird", and "Steve has no stage presence"..but you still watched till the end whilst composing your critiques, didn't you?
I thought this was a pretty good cover of a cover, and the band was having fun playing it. If you don't like it, go watch something else. Yeah?

I saw him in person a few times and he was much more engaging than in this performance. I saw him once in a small bar in Albany, NY in the mid-80's playing solo and acoustic only and he was downright funny and charming between songs. It was really surreal eating chicken wings, drinking beer and sitting ten feet away from Steve Hackett playing guitar while the waitress came around to check on your drinks.

@@onebadpuffin2170 In the late seventies Leon Russell played basically a dive bar in Campbell CA that usually had Elvin Bishop, Box Scaggs and that level. To see Leon Russell in a smoky place with an open beam 8' ceiling was a treat. His amps were turned up so loud for a small venue that when he paused for the first time and heard the loud hiss he quipped in that great accent "Sounds like a fish fry in here!" I even got to hear my favorite "Back to the Island". A stand-out show...
