I sold my business a few years ago, I received many letters of thanks from my staff, that was probably the best thing that has ever happened to me in business, I have them framed and hung them on the walls in my private study, when I am feeling down and confused, I just read a few of them and I am all fired up again.

I was so desperate too work for this man , I got as far as having an interview with the company executive chef Grant Mcphearson , I wrote too Kevin Suwesky , VP of Food and Drink , and kept in communication with him for two years before Wynn opened , I didn’t get the job because in those days work permits for foreigners, was extremely difficult to get , but I’m proud of one thing , as a Chef living in England , I foresaw that international Chefs where going to be the future of Las Vegas , and I was right , and also I saw what a visionary Steve Wynn was , ❤ you Mr. Wynn .

I came at across this video as a fan of Las Vegas, I'm not a business man, but even so it's amazing to see this much passion in a president of a company, who seems to care so much more for his employee's than anything else. Truly this passion he has for them is the key to having great customer service in any industry.

Fascinating, especially the part where they discuss the growth and difficult to manage complexity of the company. He really has a point that, beyond a certain point, Wynn really does not know what is going on. That might be part of the reason why he continues to work--to keep an eye on things, to the extent that he can.

dons't fly without net, capital structure, don't risk the farm. does this equate to contributing to financing your child's basic survival and living if you have the money to do so while not sacrificing your needs? i don't know whats best for the souls development at this time and 27 years ago when i was born.
if you have the money should fund or help fund them to get a piece of land and a small house or a motorhome, a vehicle, and any other thing that will support survival and increased standard of living? i think i lean towards the basic income / giving basic life resources to your offspring, because it feels good not wasting money paying rent, and having your own space free to make noise, to yell or cry or scream or sing very loudly if need be, to not live with a messy jobless room mate, to cease our fueling to corporations that seek to sell you something, that seek a feeling of power more than a feeling of lasting abundance for all. on the other hand i think of the saying "give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life", so why not do both, do you need hunger to learn how to fish? what do we hunger for and believe to be true that we would shackle our progression by dividing our selves and competing against our fellow co-creators over something we believe to be scarce or truly satisfying? do you need bottomless suffering in all its forms to feel a deeper range of love? is there a relevant translation in our earth experience and our current collective state of consciousness? the phrase "what is or is not of service now may or may not be later" comes to mind, hmm maybe we are letting the "past" influence and rule our "present" perspective and thus our present future path?

I really like this guy. He could talk about a brick and still be interesting. But I have 1 problem with what he said about money. Ok, you don't buy a picasso if you care about the money, you don't drink expensive wine if you care about the money. Wtf? No, no, everyone who is dreaming of being rich is thinking of what he'll be doing with the money. Like buy a house, 10 cars, 1 private jet, etc. You can't dress in money, you can't eat money, you can't wash with money and ultimatly you can't fuck money. So money are just a tool that are used for other stuff. Anyway, I understand what Steve meant by that but he should explain better.
