The Grav gun doesn't hurt you. It just tests against the Strength of the enemy rather than the Toughness of the enemy. If they fail, it smashes their head on the ground by the use of a gravity force.

Nice review of the best Brute in the game!
Me being me I have to comment on a couple details:
    1. Sidearm Meltagun on Tunneling fists: for Sidearms in melee you roll to hit with your Ws (so 3+ rather than 5+), however you can't make more than 1 attack/fight action with a Sidearm weapon (so you'll always be making 1 Melta sidearm attack and the rest with the melee profile of the fist), so the fact you have 2 tunneling fists gives you a built-in back-up if you run out of ammo on one of the scarce meltaguns.
    2. Grav-weapons: I fully agree with your observation that the Grav fist is a flat downgrade from the base Tunneling claws, even if it was a free 'upgrade'. That said, your reading of the Graviton pulse rule (and some comments on it) made it sound like the model firing the gun has to pass an S test or take collateral damage from it, which is not how I would interpret that rule (I guess you might instead be referring to the risk of the template drifting back onto you, if fired at short range and how it is a waste of an Ambot's activation), however stepping back from the Ambot's Grav-fist and looking at a Gravgun or Gravcannon on a gunner with actually decent Bs (like a Van Saar Specialist or Champion) it can be a rather powerful 'crowd control/suppression' weapon and surprisingly threatening to heavily armored targets with average strenght (like some Enforcer Subjugators for example), since its damage ignores saves altogether and the template (5'' 'pie plate' on a Grav cannon from the Black market) slows down anyone trying to pass trough for the rest of the round (especially effective in Zone mortalis where you have much narrower bottleneck areas/corridors).
Anyway, keep up the good work and cheers! :)

I still don't like grav guns, they are too janky but I always like seeing your comments lol

Cannot wait for Spyrers to enter Necromunda once again. Im thinking of either using ambots or palanite subjicators as Ogryn for my kasrkin army

I use a Grav Gun on a specialist to flank as a zany board control unit. So far he's worked great, but most of the time Grav guns don't really do anything but scare people outa goin that way. The abbot shouldn't have one tho, leave those Melta fists on it.

Bro you completely misread the gravitation pulse rule. that doesn't apply to the shooter but to anyone under the blast marker.

What do you think about Sanctionner Pattern automata compared to the ambot ?
