How you take CA-AKG matters a lot given its sort half-life. That’s why in the study they used time released at a 1000mg a day. Also those test for aging can be skewed if someone was sick at the time, as it depends on the methylation found in DNA.

Its not fake. It did reduce my bio age a bit. But not hugely. But I only took it for 6 months.
Does it "actually work" is the question. I'm sure it doesn't help as much as a healthy diet and life style
