Congratulations to Flower Mound for a first rate inspiring performance. The artistic choreography was superb. Gone are the days of just knowing your instrument and Marching in time to the music. What a difference from my high school days. These kids have worked hard on their art. They deserve a thumbs up and more

tomas rodriguez we held fundraisers throughout the year, a lot of money came from selling spirit wear. Lol it’s a lot but we have very dedicated directors and band parents that support us and work hard to make sure we can have opportunities like this.

Awww that sounds nice from you. I remember watching Plano Senior HS rehearsals doing it outside for many many hours at extreme weather conditions, cold or hot. I respect those guys.

Dallas Hobbs I wouldn’t say more popular, that is a matter of opinion. I prefer corps style bands, show bands often on play out of tune and march sloppily.

    • @michaelgassiott3894

Dallas Hobbs still disagree, band contests for these kind of bands bring crowds of 20-50,000 or more in Texas and other states around the country. Boa grand finals in Indianapolis attracts up to 75000 people...just for band. It’s just a different world that’s all, but it is at least as popular as show style bands if not more so.
