It's too bad that with every 5 new features introduced, there are usually breaking changes that forces user to revert back to the previous version.

GET for web hooks! I’ve been waiting a loooong time for that one! Thrilled to see it land, very useful with “dumb” smart buttons that can’t make a POST request, like the Shelly.

Hi Mark! When it will be available to purchase a local homeassistant speaker/mic assist ? Do you have any clue? Thank you!

I would like to see a video about how to generate random colors. I have a lot of splash lights, like a bulb behind couches and corners of some rooms. Throughout the night, I would like the bulb to display assorted colors throughout the night, not fast color changes, just gradual color changes through the night. I want to do the same for my exterior lights as well. I am new to Home Assistant and got a lot of set color changes throughout the house. Like, I have my splash lights and exterior lights that respond to motion sensors to set scenes. I just would like to know how to do smooth transitioning color changes for these types of lights. A change in speed would be a good setting as well, for party situations. But mostly, I just want slow gradual changes through the night.

Do you have a guide, which kind of HA to install if you start from scratch again ?
I have raspberry pi 3 / 4 with 1 GB or old windows 10 Laptop 4GB or a new iHost with 2 GB
I wanna track energy consumption, solar power, battery, wallbox, heatpumps - but what kind of installation like ihost running docker with HA or raspberry pi with Hassio for example.
But I can not find the guide which installation I should use and the ihost has not arrived. I had been running HA 2 or 3 years ago, when I came across the channel with the tuya key setup and so on.
Maybe I have overlooked such video in your playlist, but i tried a search there for guide and assistant without luck.
    thanks.

Does Home Assistant state anywhere if they plan to add Siri to this new voice assistant page? The HomeKit integration’s UI is not great for showing what is enabled.

Cheers Darren. I’ve actually been saving Android auto until I get my new car in a few weeks 😂

@@MarkWattTech it has a lot to offer. I have just automated my garage door and set up a cover which is visible in AA. Just looking forward to seeing what else is coming. I would like to see the ability to have a specific view. 🤞

finally, adding assistant is no longer yamlgotchi dependent, also exposes, damn why that thing is hidden deep inside a yamlgotchi file but im glad its gone for good now.

As in a device to plug and play with Home Assistant?
If this is the case, this is exactly what the Home Assistant Yellow is.
