Thabks Baz. I really enjoy your podcast and glad you've opened the comments. Despite the issues with losing possession easily and presenting chances to the opposition, and being caught on the break, there were definitely positives from the game. Millar and Slater should start games on present form. Millar as a winger fits into the system Hull are playing which seems to emphasise wing play. Slater offers high energy and constantly looks to get into space which I haven't seen from the other centre midfielders to the same extent. Drameh playing out of position at LB was much better defensively and in terms of getting forward compared to Giles, so he should also start more regularly. Palmer and Omur on at the same time leave the team unbalanced. Omur being deployed on the wing isnt working either as he's too lightweight and has struggled to contribute to goals/assists. Bedia ran all night but lacked service. There were a few occasions where he nearly got on the end of a high/through ball and hopefully as he adjusts to the Championship he will be more clinical. He needs service though- and to remember his defensive duties (Stoke's goal from a corner). Oh, and the corners were a better too- clever movement from short corners to create two shots on goal from Drameh.
I have never had an issue with what you report, it's never nasty and always objective. I genuinely don't understand the grief you get on social media. Onto the game, like you said, we got the rub of the green last night and that won't always happen. We definitely need to show more quality in the final third if we're to win games more consistently. Positive but still a working progress.
you don't have to get it. People are idiots. Its always been the case, though these days everyone can broadcast their idiocy into the internet stratosphere for us all to see. People like to get angry with little rationale but to momentarily feel better for putting someone down.
Thanks Baz, great work and thanks for your commitment to doing these podcasts, in the car on a dark friday night in Stoke 👍
Watched game to see our Canadian boy Liam Millar. Really glad to see him make such a difference.
Thanks Baz for your dedication to completing the report with a long journey ahead of you.

VALE FAN HERE,GREAT RESULT FOR YOU, 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Definitely a game of two halves and the second half is an example of what Walter is trying to achieve.
Yeah, when the players who don't buy into it came on & showed him how it should be done 👍
We've got to approach the Cardiff game with an element of we can beat these, but give them some respect. Cardiff can't be that poor again.
