Hi James ! I'm sitting here in front of the computer eating a juicy Turkish kebab for lunch. Haven't had one in ages. 10 bucks AUD and more satisfying than most cafe food. Yes, whenever I go out to my local Spanish restaurant I'm spending $100 - $120 Australian dollars. That includes a cocktail. It's not cheap, but it tastes good. You know what to order and what not to order. I hate to say it, but I haven't found a great paella in Sydney. The tapas, etc, is first class. I make my own paella. That rarebit burger looked great ! The bun was perfect. Medium rare patty. A humbling lesson for a lot of burger joints who think they're the best. We've got burgers ranging from $20-$28 in our gastro pubs, but that looked special. Fine choice of restaurant for a food review, James ! Thank you & have a great week !

James, you gotta do a review at Nobu in NYC. Granted some items are really good like the spicy tuna and their cocktails but I feel most things are way overpriced. I get dragged there often but I don’t exactly consider it worth it. But I would love to hear your thoughts.
Nobu is pretty variable. The Park Lane one in London is good but expensive; the one in Cape Town's One and Only hotel was expensive for South Africa but still cheap by my UK standards; the best one I've been to though was in Budapest - their popcorn tofu was so good I literally ordered a second helping there and then.

@@therarewelshbit Nice!
Wow this is an amazing channel, The only thing about the chips is you should have had it with Vinegar not that Mayo dressing, real British chips is salt and Vinegar, those chips really looked good! Seemed they were triple cooked which is actually a relatively new invention created by British Chef Heston Blumenthal. I loved the plates and the feel off the place, I am glad you could not get into the other restaurant.
Thank you!
How much was the burger?
It was $26.
$116.28 really does seem a bit pricey for what you got, but what about that grandma dinnerware?!
It's definitely costly, but I actually liked the uniqueness of the plates. I thought that it was a nice detail.
As a big fellow I can eat enough for a table for two. Noodle place BETTER let me in.
I have a big appetite as well. If a restaurant is expecting two and they get just me, they won't be losing money that's for sure.
The option for pretzel buns needs to be normalized on offer at eateries ... sometimes you just don't have the appetite for brioche.
Yeah, it would be nice if places had a bit more diversity when it came to their bun offerings.
