S1E10 Before the storm... The rise of the containers, Caribbean Tiny House, Cane Bay, St-Croix USVI

D-Day for the containers and thanks to Mike from M.O.C.A, he completed the installation of these containers without us being on-site. The quality of the video is not always great but you will get the idea. Looking forward to popping the Champagne on the balcony - 14 feet high!!!

Hello, where did you search for this property originally? Online? What website? Or did you see it in person or by word of mouth?

Zillow - We were on the lookout during Covid, so few could fly to the island. Even the first time, we had to take Cap Air since no major airline was flying to St-Croix. I understand another country that might be difficult, but USVI is USA law, and the primary realtor website does an excellent job of showing what is available. But YES... It took 2 years to research, and when we saw that one... We pull the trigger.
