Hello, I was very interested in purchasing a property in Thailand, especially since your products are really very interesting. However, with the prospects of double taxation that the Thai government is considering, it is not possible to see a safe future in your beautiful country. We are starting to see hundreds of messages on social networks where retirees in particular are considering selling their property and leaving Thailand with regret. What is the point of settling in a beautiful country, of course, but where you cannot acquire land, or visas are complicated, or insecurity increases with all the scum from France arriving like in Phuket for example? Retirees, for example, are not ready to be taxed in France and to be taxed again in Thailand, on their property income held in France, and on their retirement. It's really a shame.
