    Sir mai daily aap hi ka class karta hu. Aur aap ki teaching itni achhi hai ke mai comments karna hi bhol jata hu. Sir aapki tarah teacher milna bahut muskil hai. Sir aapki jitna tarif kijaye utna hi kam hai. U kahe ke Tajmahal ki khubia sun kar andaja nahi lagaya jasakta hai us ko samajh ne keliye eyes ki jarurat mahsus hoti hai . Thank you sir

    Sir agar n type semiconductor mein conduction shell mein se e nikal jate hai to phir current kaise flow hati hai kyonki agar sabhi e noles ko neutrilise karne ke liye conduction band me se nikal valence band me a jayenge to conduction ke liye e kam ho jayenge to phir current kaise increase hogi

    Nice lecture sir...but one query...will energy levels of phosphorus mix with silicon crystal...if so then why fifth electron energy level is in between energy gap..

    A small doubt sir....when aluminium is introduced into crystal then its electrons energy levels(Aluminium) will be effected by crystal or not

    Sir, I have 2 doubts
    1) the electrons of P which come out as free electrons in conduction band won't they also be creating some number of holes ?
    2) Is the energy level of holes of the dopant in p type and that of electron of the dopant of n type (0.05ev) same?

      siddhanth agarwal 1) the electrons of P will not create any hole. Because a hole is created when a bonded electron leaves its current position and shifts to somewhere else. But here P had 5 electrons from the starting. So why will there be any hole.
      2) The energy level of dopants is not same. Watch the lecture carefully. The energy level difference is said to be 0.05eV. Not the energy level.

    Sir.....When we add n type to intrinsic semi conductors ...the number of holes get decreased ....
    So sir ultimately wont the holes disappear as the remaining holes use up the increasing number of electrons to complete their atom....
    If that doesnt happen...then why is it so sir..??
