    • @ganeshgaur9585

      @@aniljangra5879 n type conductor ma tri valent impurity nhi hoti blki pentavalent hoti hai.blki pure semiconductor ex si and germanium jinki valency 4 hoti hai unma pentavalent impurity mtlb impurity which has atoms containing 5 valance electron is added.ab pentavalent impurity ka ek atom agr mano replace krega ek atom of silicon from pure semiconductor than it will have one extra electron than silicon which will becomes free after aplying thermal electricity and hence leaving a hole this electron move freely and bcz each atom whih is dopped in silicon or ge will create a free electron hence increases negative electrons and making conductor n type semi conductor .👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍hope this will help you

    when Al is mixing with silicon
    for making p type, then 3 electron of al will make bond with 3 electron of silicon, but si has one more electron. Absence of one electron in Aluminium atom creates a hole(which is totally conceptual) ok question is, now there is one electron of silicon and one hole of Al, so 1 electron, 1 hole, how can in p type more no of hole is present than electeon, it is supposed to be same no of electron,and hole
    please explain

    Sir how N has net charge zero

    • @vaibhavjakhar2001
      @vaibhavjakhar2001 7 лет назад +2

      Bro....the negative charge of the electrons is balanced by an equivalent positive charge in the center of the impurity atoms. Therefore, the net electrical charge of the semiconductor material is not changed and thus zero.
