a huge thanks to you what i have suffered to find someone who could explain me this concept of energy band and doping clearly i'm telling ya your explanation is a pedagogical masterpiece. Thank you so much
Please kindly mentaion in a sequence manner in Play list bcz it is very difficult to find what is the next video after watching one video.i suggest to mention like number 1 2 etc
Its really helpful for my exams of electronics iam in 11th but love to know someone explain this kind of things on internet ❤ " KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY " where you get go there ,anywhere and everywhere .❤❤❤❤
Sir g thnks alot......keep it up for more topics on semiconductors physics....bcz i m preparing jam exam with the help of our lectures .....plz hurry up
Bro,, I searched so many videos and PDFs to understand electronics, but I didn't, iam lucky to find your channel, it is very helpful, thanking you brother, please do videos on SCR. 🙂
great applause .it is very clear and easy to understand . subscriber is add.continue doing videos soon u guys will reach 1M follower .congrats and thnx for sharing this knowledge
Nice explanation. But in diagrams of P and N-type blocks displayed in the rare end of the video should have little corrections in N-type No of electrons should be equal to a sum no. of hole and no. of immobile positive ions.
Thank you sir, Sir,Does ions helps in conductivity or it is neutral?when two charges combine together will it form an ion(acceptor ion formed due to hole in p type filled with electron)?
Actually.....The ions r fixed in the valence shell(as they r involved in bonding)...So they only produce an electric field for the charge carriers to move... Hope this answer helps....😃
Sir could you list the semiconductor material which works in low temperature region s such as polar regions . And how electronics devices work in polar regions because si and ge range doest match .iam obsessed with this doubt sir
Apart from free electrons which is generated because of the pentavalent atoms, there will be thermally generated minority holes at the room temperature. At room temperature, because of thermal energy, some of the covalent bonds in the atom may get broken and because of that electron hole pair will get generated. So, the holes created in this way are minority holes. I hope, it will clear your doubt.
sir, I'm having following doubts, please do clarify. 1.how much charge an hole have? 2. how come an hole can move as being in covalent bond? 3.why can't electron and hole can move without external filed( external voltage source), as per coulombs principle ( charges have force on each other)? 4. what is the difference between electron and anion & hole and cation( interns of charge and behavior and all. )
Why does conductivity depend only on electrons in conductors but in semiconductors depends on holes and electrons? bcoz even in conductors when electrons will leave its position a hole would be created as in semiconductors??

Is there a pdf file for this series sir ?
👌🏻✋👍🏻
thanks so much you covered this topic in 10minutes
The thing I couldn't understand in a two hour lecture he made me fit it in brain in just 2 minutes
a huge thanks to you
what i have suffered to find someone who could explain me this concept of energy band and doping clearly
i'm telling ya your explanation is a pedagogical masterpiece. Thank you so much
better than university teachers
Pronounciation is just superb .and whatever you have explained is just awesome. Thak you sir....
Your instructions are great. thanks for it 😊
Simply awesome & easy to understand..Thanks a lot
Yes. Really awesome explanation

Huge amout of data in a small amount of time.. brilliance ❤
thank you so much for this clarifying explanation
Thanku sir your videos are short and easy to understand the whole concept.
Wow excellent and concise explanation. Easy to understand
Utmost thanks sir ,for the crystal clear explanation 😇
Its really helpful for my exams of electronics iam in 11th but love to know someone explain this kind of things on internet ❤ " KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY " where you get go there ,anywhere and everywhere .❤❤❤❤
Wow excellent bro..✌ I'm0 from the biology background still feels this is easly diagestable.
Thank you sir very nice gide & very nice best explain intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductor teaching video.👍
great really best 10 mins i invested in anything
Sir g thnks alot......keep it up for more topics on semiconductors physics....bcz i m preparing jam exam with the help of our lectures .....plz hurry up
A great video
It hellped me alot and i finally got it thank you soo much for explaining clearly
-Your new subscriber
Bro,, I searched so many videos and PDFs to understand electronics, but I didn't, iam lucky to find your channel, it is very helpful, thanking you brother, please do videos on SCR. 🙂
Thank you sir , understood the concepts really well
Very quick and to the point video
Truly super explanation sir.. Thank you Sir
Thank for the video sir such a clear explaination. It is helping me in final exams once again thakyou sirr 👌👌👌😄
Most good explanation
I was searching like this
Very helpful video..excellent demonstration
Thank you very much Sir
when you realise everything he's saying is notable !!!!😂
Where r u from ? 🤣
You're right
Bro I wrote a whole assignment from the closed captions of this
Bro it takes more than 45 minutes to watch his 10-15 minutes video

Hello
@@ArbabullahArbabullah hello
It is good to hear this topics
Thank you sir❤❤❤very very helpful
Excellent teaching 💪
thanks keep clearing our concept
4:02 do we find free electrons at room temperature in Si ?
Yes, there will be some free electrons in Si. But compared to conductors, it will be much less.
Nice explanation. But in diagrams of P and N-type blocks displayed in the rare end of the video should have little corrections in N-type No of electrons should be equal to a sum no. of hole and no. of immobile positive ions.
best video ever seen.. thanks 😊
Awesome explanation 👍👍👍
9:05 why is acceptor ion indicated with -ve sign when it is electron deficient ?
Verry happy .......sir...
Super class sir it help me to understand the concept in short time
Superb sir 💕💕🙏
Wow nice explainnation sir
Super sir really 👌👌👌😘😘😘
Can you say the engineering syllabus
It was very helpful .
Looking forward to the PN junction. Have you done one on sheet resistance?
clear explanation ....
Awesome explanation..
what is the specific function of junction diode? please explain it
Thank you sir,

It Is a brilliant explanation I loved it sir and i understand clearly about it s thank you so much ☺️☺️☺️
What a stretch from beginners to pro
Wow bro very useful
It is really helpful 😃
At 9:16 how does n-type semiconductor have minority holes and from where exactly?
Apart from free electrons which is generated because of the pentavalent atoms, there will be thermally generated minority holes at the room temperature. At room temperature, because of thermal energy, some of the covalent bonds in the atom may get broken and because of that electron hole pair will get generated. So, the holes created in this way are minority holes. I hope, it will clear your doubt.
u r rocking bro
Grate video.but, can u please explain this by using V.B and C.B?
Yes great bro it helped me a lot to Ace in my class
Amazingly explained

The hole possess +1.6*10^-19 C just opposite to the charge of an electron
very good explanation in the description box as well. Can we get the slides used in the video?
