. This is the only SMDC project na hindi mukhang gawang SMDC-at first I thought it’s Shangrila’s.

Hnd m cover nang mag rent sayo so ikaw nag shoulder nyan let say half nun ikaw mag bbyad s loob nang 15 years ggastos k nnag 15mil khit may mag rent sayo para mbawi mo sya ung ngastos mo another 15 years para mbwi mo ang down mo n 20 percent bago ipasok s bank another 3 to 6 years so 30 years something bago kplng kikita s condo mo kung line of 40s kna 80 kna bago kikita kna nang pinka interest nya..
Ang pnalo dyan SMDC at bank ..
By the time n tpos kna nag bayd kung magkuha ang lhat mga binayad mo at nkuha mo mo luma n ang Building . Mahirap mag benta nnag condo mdami supply unti ang demand check mo s online dami pasalo at check mo ang reviews bago ma turn sayo at pasok s bank.. Kung ggmitin mo sa Investment sya talo k s time spent mo mag work pra ibayad..
Kung ok lng syo magtpon nnag 15mil para stayan mo good for you .. Real talk lng ayaw ko n mag sisi ka kung pang Investment ang hanap mo .

HI sir i have a question po.. i have been paying deposits for a couple of months now, until now I still don't have my SPA. My concern is, i haven't read the contracts yet Im already paying the deposits. My agent said they will follow up until now im still waiting. Please advise until when will i get my SPA is that the normal process ? Im based in abroad so it's hard to reach out to SMDC. Thanks for your answer

Regarding to Contract to Sell mabilis talaga ang padala ng office now. Pero totoo na May times nauuna muna yung 1st payment bago ipadala yung CTS since mabilis ang booking ng sale at pagsend ng schedule of payment. I suggest please email the customer service to up your concerns and follow up narin sa Contract to Sell.
