It's been a while since my last snoop at Presello but i was blown away with this one! wow! Those enormous windows with captivating views, those on suite bathrooms that has high rain shower head with a uniquely made hand held shower head haha, yes, moody. overall, it's architecture is magnificent period. 😊
That's probably one of the most interesting designs and layouts we've seen on here. The kitchen and dining look unfinished. With A/Cs on the concrete wall, there may be plans to surround the other two sides with sliding glass walls/doors.
Yes! That's what I thought too. I think it's really meant to be enclosed probably by glass sliding doors.
This concept is my dream house. A house sitting on a slope. As soon as you enter the house's foyer, it gave me the vibe like the Belanda house in Malaysia (featured in Crazy Rich Asian movie). You had the overlooking framed view of your house's structure and the mountains in the background as soon as you open the door. It separates the building into pavillions and it's going down. For some reason, its roof design almost had a similarity like the Belanda's. This one in antipolo only had more glass. The Belanda's pavillions are open which let the fresh air and sunlight in. Overall, I love the concept.
I assume the kitchen and dining are going to be enclosed with pocket glass doors, since they installed two ST Air-condition units.
i don't see provisions for sliding doors all around the room though, it might still be because it's not finished but i can see it being open as is

This type of house is what i like.. very different, napakasimple sa labas pero sa likod .. sobrang ganda at magugustuhan ng mga nature lover, and the kitchen is so open for family gatherings, may mga dapat pa iimprove like shower after maligo sa pool.. but nevertheless.. gotta chills.. kung may pagkakataoon bbilhin koto talaga..
I feel weird with the layout and design of this one. But I do agree, stunning view!

Julia I always watch all your video just to see all those beautiful huge house in the Philippines. I wish I am a millionaire so I can have that kind house. But in my age I still like one story or you may call it one level house with 2 or 3 bd/ 2 1/2 ba with 2 car garage of course with central air con/ heater. Anyway nice job Julia keep up the good work.

Although it's gorgeous, i don't know if it is family oriented kind of design(that's what i feel). It feels like, more on a Bachelor theme with a lot of guestrooms or possible, for gym, study or office area and a place to hangout with friends. Dunno, either for rich that is single or for partners that don't like having children that loves working and letting go of stress through view of nature/swimming, or drinking while hanging out with friends. It's what i feel about the house.
It has a very Frank Lloyd Wright layout in that it feels cozy and not empty

Pros: Every room has a view. High end finishes all around. Cons: Sabog ang layout. But the house is still unfinished. Overall, an interesting house.
So beautiful but at the same time sad. Eto yung family house na may kanya kanyang buhay, hindi masyado nagkikita kita. Basta yun yung vibes sakin. :(

Grabe siguro ang budget dito, tapos na overwhelm ung designer. ung gate na may kahoy halatang pinilit lng kasi hindi sya bagay, tinanggal nlng sana ung kahoy. Ang laki ng space pero ang liliit ng kwarto lalo ang mga bathroom. Pinagsama ung toilet sa shower area? ung solihiya cabinet din mukang pinilit lng ilagay hindi bagay. Ung nga materials na ginamit mukang high quality kaso hindi napagsama ng maayos sa tingin ko lng.

Can you do small size house tour?
First time I’ve saw this property I thought it looked unfinished, liked they run out of money to complete it. It needs a proper living area (not that overhyped lanai area at the bottom)
It should have an extra floor on top of that section (it looks like it can support if not it can be reinforced) move the three smaller bedrooms on that floor to connect to the primary bedroom, leaving the space in the first floor to a living area with show kitchen and ground level bedroom if needed.

Really nice house. But weird bathrooms, when one showers the whole bathroom gets wet? 3rd bedroom you can't even place a shower curtain. Sayang, lovely house but nope to how the bathrooms are made.

Nice concept, poorly designed. Ang awkward ng flow ng rooms. Very boxy ang rooms din na prng storage room lng. They focused too much on the view na nakalimutan na nla bigyan ng character ang each section ng bahay.

Weird, unsettling house. Windows at the bottom, what are you planning to see there? Your feet and wheels of your car? Sink in the middle if a tiny living room that is mean for a TV. 2 AC's for the kitchen/dining, I dont see provisions for windows kr glass doors, tiny bathrooms, no guard rails on the stairs. Sobrang mahal ng bahay for this kind of design. Feels like designed for an occult, especially that sink in living room and windows at bottom, it's like you're worshippng the sink haha. Anyway, thanks for making me not sleep tonight.

Surprising how a realtor walks us through a house they are suppose to be selling but they act like this is also the first time they've been here? Pointing out things we can't already see plainly ourselves. At one point she says "IDK what you would do with this room" like... Aren't you suppose to give us a vision of how we'd use this space? There doesn't seem to be any preparation done before this was shot and almost no editing after. You see portions where she does not even know where to go next or we see pointless scenes of her struggling with stuff in the house. Cut them out, please. The houses you present CAN be interesting but this content is so lazy. I hope you do better next vids. I think there would be a lot of us who would enjoy your content if you gave it more effort.
