California Beach Detecting - San Diego Bay - then to within sight of Mexico

- Detecting on a quiet beach in San Diego Bay, I found a high percentage of pull tabs & beaver tails, but also a good assortment fun "stuff." There was evidence of European visitors and (rare for me) silver! After 4 hours, I then drove a short distance to the end of the last US beach street, within sight of Mexico.
All right, Ken! Fun trip down south. Stay out of the water...lol! Silver always works, too bad no gold. It will come. Glad you had fun 👍😎
Thanks! I usually only travel in the off season, to save money. But I just had to get back out there! Next video (Mission Bay / Fiesta Island) is in edit. More fun stuff & lots of clad. C U out there!

Agree! It's the best mix of "stuff" I dug in a long time. It was a lot more fun than digging 20 zincolns! (it's happened). 😝

Thank you, Oscar. I had a lot of pent up energy to detect from sitting at home for 2-1/2 months. Statistically, I have to eventually find gold. Good luck in San Diego. I never leave there empty handed.
Congrats on the silver, Ken! Thought the euro and keychain were pretty cool too. I've never tried that first location you were at. It's been a bummer about the sewage contamination lately... not as many depositors in the water as a result. Great video! 🤙
Tnx, Jason! The combo of how I detect & quieter sites/times I usually choose results in coins & lots of (odds & ends) but infrequent silver and almost never gold. So, I'm a little different. 🤪😝/ It's sad about IB. Even just the air there can't be good for life expectancy. 🤢😵 / Onward to Mission Bay!

Nice hunt. That area must not be detected very much with that many older style pull tabs to still be out there. Unless people are discriminating against them and likely missing some gold rings because of it.
If there ARE gold rings scattered among the pull tabs, I completely missed them. 😵 On a future trip, I'll try detecting in the water. 😃
