The man who thanked you for "fixing" his bumper was raised by a good mama and daddy who taught him well and he listened.
They have to be held accountable or they will never learn. PUT THE PASS ON THE WINDOW. STOP SHARING IT!
I found when I was driving tow truck that there was always more bitching and yelling than thank yous. But the thank yous always out weighed the yelling. One time I got called out for a lockout with a child in the car. With the child screaming and the mother crying I got the door open and the mother was 5 minutes of thank yous. I didn't have the heart to charge her. The boss yelled at me for that so I pulled the money out of my pocket and paid the bill. I told the boss he was heartless but I wasn't.

I backed my truck off of a driveway into a mud bog one day at work. Tow guy said it would be lik $125 to winch out. I agreed and the guy showed up and was able to pull me out. He only charged me $80 to pull it out because it was super easy to get out. I made sure to thank him and wish him a good weekend.

I don't know about you two, but I absolutely CRINGE when I see that apartment! Especially after that one man got so nasty with Kristin a few weeks ago! That manager needs to be handling things better than they are, they can't put the whole burden on you guys.
The guys with the van. 1 apt, 3 people living there, all 3 have cars, and only 1 parking spot for the apartment. That ain't on the apartment owner! That's a YOU problem!

It should be the drop fee PLUS the parking pass stuck to the window before the car can be released.
You need to get a hold of a company and put an ATM machine down there so you can make a little bunny off it

My father was a carrier for 20 years.
The post office has become shit, my carrier u turns and drives across my grass.
Just took 7 days and 4 dist centers to go 125 miles with a package. Sad shit
USPS, the most overpriced delivery system for the service rendered.
Worked in a property management office for an apartment building. When you sign the lease, they give you the sticker in the welcome packet, so if they don't have one, that is one them. Not to mention, there are areas designated as visitor parking usually but it almost seems like they didn't park in those. A lot of things aren't adding up in his story. I also find it hilarious that the one guy had his parking sticker in his apartment. How does that help you when it's not displayed in your vehicle? That had me laughing! Love you guys, keep up the great work!!!
Glad you could fix his bumper! Serendipity is a real thing. Many years ago, I parked my Ford Ranger without setting the parking brake. It rolled backward a few feet and hit a tree, which made the bumper slightly crooked. A few months later, I was rear-ended by a drunken teenager, which put my bumper back in perfect alignment! The second accident fixed my bumper, but I still collected $1,500 from his insurance company.😄

just a guess, but if the lease doesn’t allow subletting and guest can only stay a week or less, they may just be avoiding the office 🤷🏼♀️

Very good point, however, I’ll just about bet they are allowed to sublet due to all of the seasonal workers and students in and around the area. But my thoughts are they’re not doing it the legit way by giving the sublet agreement to management which means no parking pass.
A bunch of those are probably leased by contractors who pack their workers in. That's how you end up with 4-5 guys in an apartment.

Got to see that chopper drop goods off on top of that mountain about a month ago when I picked an suv up off the parkway and came back across the mountain loaded in a rollback.
If I was you guys I would start towing vehicles I mean common sense would be that a parking pass has to be displayed on the vehicle.

My experience with my tenants, mostly the young ones…THEIR communication is horrible! They often don’t answer phone calls at all, emails are almost useless, and they’re extremely slow to return to texts messages…even though their phone is in their hand for 23 1/2 hours out of the day.
When we work out of town. I make sure the hotel has everyone’s license plates and they know how many vehicles we have there.
I enjoyed the ominous music inserted by Kendra at about 7:51 as Blackie backed up and hooked that gray vehicle. Nice !
I absolutely LOVE those old Ford Crown Vics and Mercury Marquis'! But, man, they could very well be the worst choice to drive in the Smokies. At least it wasn't deep in the winter...😉
I have an '05 Town Car that I drive occasionally to keep it healthy and not a week goes by that someone doesn't stop by or come up to me in a parking lot wanting to know if I'm willing to sell it. Lots of fans of those older land yachts out there.

On my way home from work today, i got stuck behind a tow truck hooking a station wagon parked in front of a kids' playhouse. It was because someones car didn't start. It's not an illegal park! I was suck there for about 10 min. But i was nice and patient. . 😊

From my experience with the Towing and Recovery efforts up here in beautiful upstate New York when I do recovery from apartment complexes, they usually have temporary tags that they put in the mirrors and say “do not tow waiting for permanent sticker pass.”They need a better system for their parking lot it seems like. As always another great content for me to enjoy from the comfort of my home as I continue to miss out on my own towing & recovery as I continue to recover from my near fatal massive stroke. Triple A Don't Pay. That is why towing companies don't contract with them.
I think it also depends on where you live. I never had a problem with them in California in the city or the burbs. They still are decent now for me in Washington rurally, but they are slower. Fair enough, I'm half an hour outside of town. That's on me.

For those tight spots, consider buying a couple wheel skates, then you can push a car around a bit while towing.

Unless I am mistaken that first car is a Mercury Grand Marquis and not a crown vic. Almost the same but with a touch of elegance.
I've never had the privilege of needing a sticker, but the ones I have seen will come apart when you try to take it off. Therefore, the sticker cheaters want to fake attach them. The issuer of the sticker should wash them. Attach it to their glass at the prescribed position and that would end the sticker sharing
You’re awfully brave and trusting to follow to the 🏧 to get the rest of your money. You know they could have easily stiffed you on the rest of it. I don’t know how much they owed you (maybe it was said and I missed it) but that was just risky I think. I’m glad it worked out well but please be careful because people are not always so honest anymore. Y’all are really good people and I know myself and none of your other members would ever want to see anything bad happen to y’all!
his illegal park fee is $300 if he drops it on site before he finishes hooking up it's half which is standard for the area
Knowing the vehicle and where they are staying , He can always go back and hook it up until they pay the balance . Probably not legal though .
He should get an ATM close or on his premises.
@@lisaperry5999 probably too much of a risk and people would get mad because like in my area if you go to an independent at, not affiliated with your bank they can charge an extra fee on top of what the customers bank may charge
i have seen it upto $5 per withdrawal most are $3 so people would say he's ripping people off more not caring that all that fee does is cover the cost of the atm

Hey Jeff!!! Love the channel. I just wanted to let you know were I live a guy from work just told me the other day he stopped by his cousin's apartment for five minutes to ask him a question. He came out with his car on a tow truck. Because....he didn't have a permit (fair enough) But.... The drop fee was $350!!!! I couldn't imagine how much it would have been if he didn't have the money? (Well he said he didn't.. good thing he had family there he said) Keep doing what you're doing!!! BE SAFE 🙏
Nah, they are allowing unauthorized people to share the apartment without the permission of the property manager to save money so the property manager wouldn’t give them a parking sticker for the unauthorized people.

Seems to me it wouldn't be difficult for the renters to supply their licence plate (tag) numbers when they check in, so that whoever manages the property can easily check if a vehicle is on their list or not - you usually have to do that for a hotel when you register...? Anywho - another great video from the EA team, stay safe!

I have never seen an apartment complex that requires stickers or passes. It must be all the space in west Texas and New Mexico. Some have designated spaces for residents and separate visitor parking.
It looks like a misidentification for the "Crown Vic". The logo is for Mercury which made the Grand Marquis which looked identical to the Ford Crown Victoria as both used the same body and chassis and were both made by the same factories.

In my opinion the people who own the house in the first one should pay the bill. If they can’t provide a descent driveway then they are responsible.
LOL. Have to love this apartment complex. You would think by now all the times EA has been out there towing vehicles word would get around and everyone would be in compliance. However it looks like they all live in the complex, yet nobody talks to each other there.

Depends on TN state law. I watch “Tow Truck TV” in Georgia and the law is $100 max drop fee and it must be dropped if vehicle / driver is “legal” If no tags then he doesn’t have to drop it.

I love how folks will come up with all kinds of excuses why they shouldn't have got towed. People are always going to try to figure out a way to beat the system which in yalls case is a parking pass. They can't pass it around to buddies if it's stuck on car. Great video

That kid should definitely go after the complex for the bill. The complex was negligent in not having a sticker prepared when the lease was signed.
I believe he got a parking sticker but since has moved his girlfriend in and doesn't have one for her car.

Jeff and Kristen, I'm sorry that people get so mad, but the folks who park illegally are the ones obligated to make sure that they have the stickers required under the lease. I've always taught my son (as did my husband, his dad) that you respect and obey the laws and the rules. All in all, I'm having a difficult time feeling sorry for them. I know people have a hard time financially, and I sympathize with them 'cause "been there, done that", but they need to stop being their own worst enemy in some ways. It's just the facts of life. We are a nation of laws and rules, with which we must all comply or we have complete chaos! May God continue to bless you and yours always!

That apartment complex needs to make stickers that go inside the window. And they need huge signs for visitors and perhaps visitor stickers for inside the window and a separate lot for visitors. Maybe paid for visitor stickers so residents can buy those for their visitors.
