I like this guy. This is very solid stuff . Anyone criticizing this doesn’t understand what’s happening. This is a very centered and grounded teacher demonstrating mechanics clearly and in a non assuming way with an uke doing exactly what he should. No more no less. Great video

Se nascevo in Svezia sarei stato uno dei tuoi discepoli più fedeli , mi sono dovuto accontentare di praticare il kali , che pratico da 30 anni , comunque esiste una sola arte marziale che possiede i movimenti ideali quando sei vecchio ed e'l'Aikido in piccola scala abbiamo apportato qualche strategia del Aikido dentro il kali perché alcuni stili di kali , in uno stadio avanzato possiedono alcune strategie ed applicazioni simili il mio obbiettivo sarebbe che oltre ad aver appreso approfonditamente il kali mi piacerebbe approfondire l'Aikido cissa......! Sei uno dei migliori maestri al mondo di Aikido dal punto di vista della conoscenza tecnica il modo in qui applichi i principi!

Hakamaman 1204, I thank you for your kind words. About kyu grade videos, there are so many different kyu grading systems in aikido, with different demands on each grade. So, I doubt that I could do something useful for others than my own students :)
Not to be negative. He is demostrating a kokyunage breath throw. If his palms were facing down during the throw it would a sokumen iriminage. To be more combative he should move in behind uke more. Honestly it looks cheesy.
