Hey Patrick - this is an awesome video series on Cold Emailing. I've watched your video on Subject Lines also and would like to know if have any suggested Subject Lines for these follow-up messages, too? Thanks for your content!
What software do you run to monitor the response rates and send follow up emails automatically? Thank you for your content. Really enjoying the videos and learning alot!
I would also want to know what software or tool can be used to manage and monitor your engagement and cadence even if it’s manual. And let’s say without crm
Hi Patrick, Great videos on cold email campaigns and biz development. Thanks for sharing your expertise. My question is about subject lines for my follow up emails. Do I use the same subject line as my initial email or do I try something different?
from my experience, at least the first 1-2 follow up should be in the same thread as the initial email with the same subject line. then, the 3rd or last follow up could be a separate email with a different subject line. Of course you could have different subject lines for all your emails but that means every time you send an email, you might cause confusing as the receipient doesn't know the context well.
Hey Patrick, I was once told by my manager that if you're trying to get a meeting with someone, don't have them schedule a meeting using a link bc it's extra work for them and that a better approach would be to just ask their availability. Curious to know what has worked better for you in the past? Thanks in advance!
Both can work. You can say “let me know what your calendar looks like” and they’ll give you a time. A link works as well. You can A/B test both approaches and see which works better for you
Hi Patrick thanks for the tips. I worked in BD in a more niche market (energy consulting sector), and I'm always afraid that if I sent people too many emails, I'll be in the black list of these potential clients because they find me too annoying. The issue is that the sector here is quite small so people all know each other so I'll always be known as that annoying salesperson. Should I still do this follow up method?
Hey Patrick, Thanks for the great content! Are your follow-up emails completely separate or do attach them to the original so the reader can scroll back to the original for a reminder?

Hey Partick, great video! Really helped me out. So for the follow up emails, do you create a completely new email or just reply to your previous email that you sent to them? Do you use the same subject line for all follow up emails?
Its an Amateur Question. But if anyone could reply, I'll be grateful - For Follow Ups, Do you just reply to your First Email or Compose a New One (with new subject lines & all)?
In all honesty, if they have not responded to 4 follow up emails after an initial communication with them spread out over 2-4 weeks...They don't want to utilize the product or service you are selling. NOW sometimes, life gets in the way, or perhaps the prospect is dealing with an illness which prevented them from fulfilling their purchase. So, it might be worth checking back in with them 30 - 45 more days down the road with a "Special Offer" email which offers what you are selling at a much lower price for a very limited time. Basically, a price that is too good to give up. If they are still in need of your product/service that may push them to finally purchase!
Huge fan, Patrick. We work in huge teams, and I always wonder whether it damages my response rates when I cc team members/partners/department heads... After all, it changes something, no?
My prospects are big enterprises spread globally, How would I know that my email has reachd the right person ? should I buy a email finder platform, Any advice would be highly appreciated.
@@patrickdang So you're suggesting to buy platforms like zoominfo, rocketreach etc who not only provides verified personal work emails but also email trackings.
Hey patrick, what should be the subject line for follow-up email?
Thank you so much for this. I had almost given up after sending 20 emails with only one response and that email was a No. Now, I know what to do!
Yo bro what are you in?

Great video as usual, Patrick! The idea of waiting until the 4th follow up to measure the success of any campaign is simple yet rings so true.

Helpful video. thanks
Thank you Patrick!
I’m always sceptical about sending links because I think they may think it’s a scam
Is it better to put the actual URL there? Or embed the link to a word like "click here"

You reply the original email so they can see what you are following up on
Should I follow up on the "reply" section of the mail or should I compose a new email again?
Reply to the first email

Yeah you don’t want to CC anyone on a cold email.

Use software to track open rates. Email director level and above relative to your sale
