    Ingredients:
    1 cup (8 fl oz / 225 ml) heavy whipping cream
    1 cup (8 oz / 225 g) room temperature mascarpone cheese (check out our substitute idea below)
    1/4 cup (3 3/5 oz / 50 g) sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    50 ml Amaretto liquor (optional, but oh-so-yummy!)
    2 cups (16 oz / 450 ml) espresso or STRONG coffee at room temperature
    7 oz Ladyfingers (Boudoir biscuits/Savoiardi)
    1/4 teaspoon Cocoa powder for that finishing touch
    Instructions:
    Whip it Good: In a tall container whip the heavy whipping cream, sugar, amaretto, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
    Creamy Bliss: Add in the mascarpone cheese and continue to whip until you reach stiff peaks. It's like creating clouds of deliciousness!
