I built a 71 302 pinto in the late 70’s and helped a buddy build a 72 Vega gt wagon with a 350 and 4 speed. He learned to change spider gears in under an hour even after swapping in a Monza rear axle. Fun times! Finishing up an Alfa Spider with an Alfa v6 w/ a Mustang T5 transmission. Love the front end look of your Vega. Thanks for posting!
Doing some beautiful work there my friend. Love Vega's , really wish I could find one or afford one , I had a 73 Vega wagon put a Chevy 400 small block in it , than my girl gave me a beautiful son and when your living check to check , well some people knows how that works had to put my son first . SOMEDAY 👍✌✌
Love it! Almost looks factory, BUT, the Camaro RS nose cone is a tad big for the size, narrowness of the body. Heck, once done, it just might look like it was planned and made this way. Like you had envisioned it to be, from your dreams.
The factory 71-73 Vega taillights look good just the way they come. Now the 74-77 factory taillights are ugly, I would rather have seen you do this to one of those

Nice work David. It is always fun to see a custom build on a Vega.
I always liked the 71 to 73 Vega style and I like the ‘70 to 73 camaro and never the Twain should meet!

On my 73' Vega, I replaced the white back up lenses with regular red lenses
The best you’ll ever find!
Haven't checked his out for awhile but a much smoother delivery . Keep up the good work.
