I'll never understand people's need to vandalize. When I was a kid and came across things like this, we just left everything alone and marveled at it all.
I think you should buy this house - you love it and it has a great view. I’d really enjoy watching you remodel it. The out buildings could be fixed up as workshops and material storage. It would make great videos.
Unfortunately it would cost more to repair the house than its worth. Water damage is like cancer to a house. It spreads everywhere and you can't know how bad it is until you start tearing stuff apart for repairs. Its extremely risky
When I see homes that you post like this, I always like to think back to when they were new. The families that lived in them...and how nice it would have been having a house right there with access to fishing and other water activities. Thanks for these vids, Post.
1930s, I like to imagine what it was like when it was new and how happy the people must have been to have such a lovely place to live and grow. This is a house worthy of love. I hope someone saves it. If it was me I would grow lots of fruit trees there.
If this is your dream house, you should definitely buy it. You're an amazing person, and you do a lot of good for your community. Nobody deserves their dream home more than you do!
Hi! I never comment on your videos.. but I came here to say.. first off.. I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.. you’re one of the most positive humans I’ve ever watched on this platform. The optimism, enthusiasm , and positive attitude is so infectious! :) thank you for being you! Second, this house is totally yours! I have would love to watch the progress in the remodel :) I feel like you possess this type of skill set Thank you and keep on keeping on
In the UK they're pretty common, maybe because we still need them since we have so many homes built with bricks. Drywall is used in new builds because it's easier to use.
LOVE 💙 when you go through abandoned homes. This one is beautiful. Wish someone would bring it back to its original (or close to it) state. Post, I hope you continue to find more of these. Love 💙 this home and it's views.
A house built to last for sure! There was an abandoned home in front of me before. The previous owner put holes in the roof hoping it would cave into the basement, it still stood solid for about 20+ years before one of the walls decided to finally fall into my yard.
I want to see videos of you fixing this house up. I sure hope you can get it. It deserves your good care! I can just picture what you could do with it to bring it back to it's original glory. The renovation videos would help with the cost. We'd all watch!
Lovely house, built in a time where everything was built to last, the reason why i bought my house which was built in 1937. You'd love to own a house like this and it's for sale! It's a sign
Really enjoyed the Abandoned buildings you walked through, especially the extra you gave us with the other one. Got to say a lot of remodeling and work to be put in them. Thank you for the walk through!
This is true. I have a pair of boots made for mining and they have a steel plate molded in the entire length of the sole along with the steel toe and a very tall boot shaft to protect the shins. They are quite the leg workout to wear though. Very heavy. And the soles are so thick I look like Gene Simmons stunt double in them. When I first got them I tried to squat down on the balls of my feet and immediately fell on my ass because of how inflexible those thick soles were. Now that they're broken in and my calves have bulked up from they weight, I love them.
Thanks for showing us your Dream Home... Sad to see the abandonment and damage. It's a big house, huge project! I feel too much works to restore it to its former glory... Beautiful views. Yes, I can see it was a lovely house.
Hello from southern Ontario. What a wonderful house, so full of character. You don't get that with modern builds. It's really a shame about the vandalism. So senseless. I do hope someone saves it before it's completely wrecked.
Really nice house here. Damn pigeons scared me. I'd be concerned about basement flooding on this property. The basement looked secure. I'd rather hear water running than traffic. Great explore .❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
12:40 I liked your use of words and pretending someone is with you before you went down. Havent seen that on explorer's channels before. Very wise, very strategic.
I've been in that house! Probably about 10 years ago, me and a buddy explored the property. I live about 25 mins away, drive by once in a while. It was abandoned for a long time, someone purchased it and fixed it up. I guess it's now abandoned again. Too bad. I know of a few other abandoned places around here too if you want info! Enjoy it up here, sorry about the fuel prices...
I was gonna say that this property looks like it has been abandoned for longer than 5 years. With the roof rotting and the porch decaying it certainly has been longer. You can't always rely on Google. Sometimes we have to do the research ourselves. There's a couple nice abandoned houses near me that I would love to buy but it would cost me a lot to fix the house. It's been abandoned for at least two decades. But according to Zillow and other markets it's saying that it's owner occupied and there's no contact info available.
Anyone wanting to know what the broken glass sign said, its "Georgian Bay" and the rocks with the moss on them is part of what's called the Canadian Shield that extends into northern Ontario all the way through Quebec. I see your STILL travelling NORTH even further? Sudbury would be the next most known city if your in that area. The BIG NICKEL might be a nice stop over?
What a beauty. It would take a lot of work, but howdy, it has fantastic bones. The possibilities are endless. I can see it finished. And the guest house would be so cozy. Puta bath and kitchenette and make it a rental or VRBO! Give it a serious thought!
As a father to a daughter it's seeing the kids items on the deck and in the room at 5:52 and doll at 6:28 that gets me. Some kid lived there, played w/dolls, laughed, opened Christmas gifts etc. and whoever they are are gone but personal effects remain.
5:48 A Dutch cover. 'Je komt niet zomaar op de cover van Cosmo' translating to 'You don't just get on the cover of Cosmo' Also many more Dutch magazines on 11:45. They all seem to be very from the 80's . Maybe the previous owners have been Dutch or have had Dutch relatives? Either way a beautiful house!
It’s always sad to see a house in this state of disrepair. Houses are such a big investment, makes you think why it was abandoned. Thank you Post10. If you do buy it, us Post10 fans will be glad to help you bring it back to glory 👍
Omg, the pigeons, and when that person started to talk, scared me 😅. I love your videos. You remind me of good old Huell Howser. Your videos are very therapeutic.
So sad that folks can't appreciate the construction of such a beautifully built house. The tarp would have functioned better over the roof, but maybe they had no way to secure it. Wow, such beauty gone.
You need to buy it . Make your dream come true . You are young and have the energy to do it . Who knows maybe some people that watch you would volunteer to help you
WOO!! this house is less than 10 minutes from me. I laughed out loud when i saw it. Welcome to the area Post, lots of houses like that in this area if you're looking to settle into some Northern Ontario living :D
@@loverainthunder mine is a century home built in middle of 1800's, absolutely built to last forever. Similar construction durability, except all my wood is hand processed and milled from local lumber (you can see the axe marks in all the beams in my place). the house in the video looks to be later with early machine milled lumber.
I don't want to jeopardize your safety but can you tell me where this abandoned house is. I live southern Ontario but I'd make a trip of exploring this house with my son.
Thank you for the awesome video I just love when you go exploring and that really looks like a very nice house it is terrible that it has to be boarded up thank you for your awesome videos
162 Port Severn Rd N, Severn, ON. That property is across from Starport Marina in Port Severn right off of 400. The 'hydroelectric dam' you showed was Lock 45.
5:21 😮 it’s not often we get a jump scare in your videos! 😂 These abandoned homes with stuff still in them are so sad. This must have been a beautiful home
I'll never understand people's need to vandalize. When I was a kid and came across things like this, we just left everything alone and marveled at it all.
Same here! :)
Its the new decay of culture taking shape. It is a symptom.
That Joker quote about some people just wanting to watch the world burn.
Easier to understand when you are 16 - 21 years old, male, and out with buddies... maybe drinking.
Something something 13%
I think you should buy this house - you love it and it has a great view. I’d really enjoy watching you remodel it. The out buildings could be fixed up as workshops and material storage. It would make great videos.
Here's the problem. It's in the ommunist state of Canuckistan. That's why Post was commenting about the Canadian tendency for graphiti.
Unfortunately it would cost more to repair the house than its worth. Water damage is like cancer to a house. It spreads everywhere and you can't know how bad it is until you start tearing stuff apart for repairs. Its extremely risky
I hope he buys it and saves it. I don't think people will buy it and if they do it will be torn down for a new one
i agree with this i would love to see this prop[erty brought back to life on your channel
I have a door for that microwave if you want it. 😁
When I see homes that you post like this, I always like to think back to when they were new. The families that lived in them...and how nice it would have been having a house right there with access to fishing and other water activities. Thanks for these vids, Post.
Me too. ❤❤
bro his own property is already hard to manage
For sure 👍 Also really sad to see what’s become of it.
Abandoned or not, it always frustrates me to see the vandalism.
5:17 Canada broke your jump scare streak nooooo 😂😂
Made me jump out of my skin! 🤣
It got me too! lol
sounded like he walked in on a naked woman 😂
1930s, I like to imagine what it was like when it was new and how happy the people must have been to have such a lovely place to live and grow. This is a house worthy of love. I hope someone saves it. If it was me I would grow lots of fruit trees there.
Shame it only lasted one lifetime
@5:19 You jump scared my hot chicken soup all over my lap lol. Your videos are always chill so that was hilarious and unexpected .
I would watch the heck out of restoration videos of that house!
If this is your dream house, you should definitely buy it. You're an amazing person, and you do a lot of good for your community. Nobody deserves their dream home more than you do!
1-it is in canadastan
2-the house is way way too far gone for any "renovation".
3-it is clearly a very high risk flooding area
That whole area is awesome.
Those pics of the house before it was abandoned were awesome. Lol
I watched til the end, just to be disappointed.
@@chrisw6103Yes, I also expected to see green gardens, but the pictures seemed to be from the time it was already abandoned.

Nice! i love it when you go exploring!
Haha you should make a post 10 T-shirt Hello? Just exploring!
Absolutely love this idea, more ppl need to see this
Or:
- Watch out for the nails!
- Anybody in here?
- Let's unclog that culvert!
Sad to see the damage. Even worse to see plaster walls replaced by drywall on restorations.
Drywall replacing plaster is often both a matter of cost and a dearth of skilled plasterers.
I have not heard of one in my county younger than 50.
In the UK they're pretty common, maybe because we still need them since we have so many homes built with bricks.
Drywall is used in new builds because it's easier to use.
The fireplace is fabulous.
I loves how in every video after you said "thanks for watching" and then you gives extra extended video for more minutes😁👍😘. Keep it up
Th k you for your kind worlds too the house.
Bless that house!
I hope someone restores it one day soon.
I was waiting for the low speed replay at 5:17 of you getting scared ... like you did when the beaver chased you a few years back!
That one still makes me smile
What’s the title of that video please?

😂❤😢 ❤😢😢
was watching this at 4am and at 5:19 You scared the poop out of me 😁
Yes, in Canada we sure do love putting decks on our houses, no matter what the size of the home
Lovely house, built in a time where everything was built to last, the reason why i bought my house which was built in 1937.
You'd love to own a house like this and it's for sale! It's a sign
I hope you can do some flooded street draining videos this summer. Those are my favorite.
You should save that house
I really hope someone buys this and restore it back to its original beauty, it has amazing views
It would be a money pit.
26:33 I stick around until the end of the video every time! Thank you for making videos.
That really was a lovely old place with massive potential, fixer-upper gem, for sure.
Really enjoyed the Abandoned buildings you walked through, especially the extra you gave us with the other one. Got to say a lot of remodeling and work to be put in them. Thank you for the walk through!

At 10:00 that's exactly what I was thinking that they remind me of, The Amityville Horror windows.
Metal sole inserts for boots are pretty cheap and good for protecting your feet from nails! Be careful exploring, we need your content!

bruh i love this kinda urban exploration videos especially coming form you dawg
awesome video love it and have fun be safe my friend.
Can you imagine the family who previously owned this house, viewing this video. I wonder how sad they must feel seeing this. 🇬🇧💜
Thanks for showing us your Dream Home... Sad to see the abandonment and damage. It's a big house, huge project! I feel too much works to restore it to its former glory... Beautiful views. Yes, I can see it was a lovely house.
Oh yes please. This could be wonderful restoration.
You are such a handyman. This is perfect. Probably a great price. Would love to see you fix it up.

Thanks for the tour. At the first structure as you went upstairs I am literally experiencing memory smell of framing timbers from 40 years ago!
What a awesome house, I bet it was beautiful before it got weather and vandalized. Thank you Post 10 for another great video
Thank you!
Great startle response Post! Made my day ! 😮
This was a great place to raise a family and then grow old in. Sad that it's not being loved any more. Ya'll keep exploring! Love to watch! Thanks.
What a beauty. It would take a lot of work, but howdy, it has fantastic bones. The possibilities are endless. I can see it finished. And the guest house would be so cozy. Puta bath and kitchenette and make it a rental or VRBO! Give it a serious thought!

I agree with many of the other comments. This would be a great project!
That property alone is going to cost just about the same as the property value but a good few hundred thousand more. Great find.

check the magazines / newspapers for dates, that often gives a nice indication when the people left
In the video he said multiple times that the house was left in 2019.
What a great video Post!
Wonderful, im looking forward to this. Thanks post. 😊

love the house on the water! beautiful property
Post 10 in port severn that crazy
Thanks Post! 👊🏻👍🏻 Appreciate you my friend 🙏🏻
Thanks Post
The stairs are so much better as back when they built the house, the contractor TOOK pride in their work.
With you camping and building skills, I definitely can see you living in the smaller house while fixing up the bigger one!😀
I'm really enjoying the camping and exploring videos! Always a good day when you upload a new one.
“Just exploring” ❤
Nice Conjuring-tree in the garden! I can literally feel the energy through the screen 😮
Omg, the pigeons, and when that person started to talk, scared me 😅. I love your videos. You remind me of good old Huell Howser. Your videos are very therapeutic.

And the small 2nd house would fix it up as a guest cottage.😊👍
WOO!! this house is less than 10 minutes from me. I laughed out loud when i saw it. Welcome to the area Post, lots of houses like that in this area if you're looking to settle into some Northern Ontario living :D

What are you doing in Northern Ontario? A bit far from the northeastern US.
I don't want to jeopardize your safety but can you tell me where this abandoned house is. I live southern Ontario but I'd make a trip of exploring this house with my son.
What a lovely place, and yes, I rather like those huge rocks on the land. Your next project perhaps???
That first house you can tell was awesome before decay took over. Lots of room, good view.
Stunning place, I think you would be happy there :0)
Would be an amazing series of videos seeing you fixing the place up from day one.
Agreed
Thank you for the awesome video I just love when you go exploring and that really looks like a very nice house it is terrible that it has to be boarded up thank you for your awesome videos
Very cool old house! The attic would make an awesome huge bedroom!
This truly is a dream house. Hoping one day it receives a nice makeup, because the view is magical ❤️
Wow, your journeys really tickles my knack for geodetective stuff. This one, I love it. That glass on 26:18 serves as my initial clue. R72H+84H.
so sad to see bet it was a beautiful house when built post 10 thank you x
Ontario has the best large rocks, ferns and moss in the summer. A lot of Ontario is pretty swampy.
162 Port Severn Rd N, Severn, ON. That property is across from Starport Marina in Port Severn right off of 400. The 'hydroelectric dam' you showed was Lock 45.
Wow. Beautiful place. I would live in this house.
It is a gorgeous house. Hate to see the decay. Thanks for sharing!
nice property, thats the dream...on the river front property!
Be safe and careful.😊👍🙏
I’m glad you’re not exploring these properties alone. The video is interesting!
It's destroyed but go for it!❤ Do it! It could be brought back to beauty. I'd be invious. Those dang kids!
The vandalism is sad, otherwise it's a neat place to visit and see the craftsmanship of the buildings, and the location by the river is beautiful.
Pretty video! Congrats for the channel! Soon, 1M!!!!
Brazil watching you! These houses are a dream!!! 😢 🇧🇷
Beautiful house.
Would love to see you buy this house and vlog the repairs/restoration. Would also love to see before and after of your house that you fixed up
5:21 😮 it’s not often we get a jump scare in your videos! 😂
These abandoned homes with stuff still in them are so sad. This must have been a beautiful home
So sad to see beat up beautiful houses, but something so exciting about decay.
Very cool house. One floor at a time. Live there asap while fixing it. Great view of lake from inside the house. Cool
Such a beautiful house indeed.
I would love to fix it up and live there!!!
