It becomes X8 when your pkmn lvl is 4times higher than the wild pkmn, than X4 when above 2 and lower than 4 times higher than the wild pkmn. Than 2 times if just a lvl higer.. The downside is it becomes just like a regular pokeballs when you lvl is equal to the wild pkmn..
You forgot: The Mewtwo ball maxes out their Ev's (Well... makes a 'stronger' copy. But Maxed Ev's are my Headcannon). Also bypasses breeding for ev's, so there's that too.
How does it max out their evs when every Pokémon that fought was even with their clones, had the same injuries and was equally exhausted. If the Pokémon were maxed out on their evs they’d destroy the original Pokémon rather than really close right That would happen if they were exact copies

In the game, you have a moral compass and are only allowed to capture shadow Pokèmon with the snag balls, but the shadow Pokèmon are made that way by the criminal syndicate Cipher. The Snag Machine itself has nothing to do with shadow Pokèmon.
My favourite part of Dobbs' videos is that he never tries to extend his video's runtime with an overlong intro sequence at the start. He just gets right into the video! Appreciate the good work, man. Keep it up!
And on top of that, they don't MAKE the pokemon caught into shadow pokemon. The only feature the machine adds to the ball is the ability to catch a trainer's mon. So, yes, technically you could say a snag ball is the best ball, because you can use it to upgrade any other ball. But a snag ball isn't even it's own ball. Also the dark ball was sad, I still feel bad for that Tyranitar. Being forced to be evil. Even after release. Next, the shadow pokemon arent actually evil. They're hearts were just darkened to the point where it became literally impossible to feel emotion. Do to humans.

While you where talking about the master ball and said "what the ball does" that's when it clicked and I was like oooomg the dark ball! Never heard of the snag ball and didn't think about the mewtwo ball, but I knew instantly that the dark ball was the top one of this list at that point.
The timer ball is also good for legendary Pokemon because the catch rate increases over time.
I love quick balls but I didn’t know that it would have other Pokéballs be better than it with the exception of the master ball and the timer ball.😅😳
