If the army was fighting an army with superior numbers and no regard for the life of there men it mite be differant. I don’t think these soldiers did this because they wanted. But they are fighting for their lives. There is no incentive to surrender since the Russians don’t treat prisoners well.
Well, to be honest, Ukraine does not have a choice. The US doesn’t do that because the US isn’t about to lose their country. Ukraine is fighting for their life that isn’t really a flex having soldiers fight like that. They are literally fighting for their life.
What’s sad is that this could all have been avoided had it not been for the west, mainly, the US Foreign Policy apparatus that threatens peace and stability around the world. The UK is also a complicit partner who should hopefully stand trial for war crimes against humanity.

And Russians? left to fight in old equipment, zero morale, and support. Like a fresh meat for the grinder. Was thinking about, pretty sure their working on one's to grab wounded. But have drones big enough to grab people and fly them out of encirclement. In case they get surrounded. And imagine using drones to transport a single soldier, like shock troops or new kinda air borne lol. Risky but out of box
you know I´m training since I´m 18 y/o, on the time writing this I´m 35. I was and will be, fit for all my life. What really baffles me is that the guys with the biggest Balls I´ve ever seen look like your normal average guy you meet on the street. Physical Fitness is something but the mental fitness those guys have I tip my hat for that in huge respects.
