    Not 100% sure, but I think that 170:32:22 is the duration of available storage if you were to click on record.

      Correct. I had to go find the documentation and read through it. Thank you.

    the 3 sets of numbers is how much space you have to capture in min. I don't see why they can use MB/GB left for anything not audio related. But at this point they need to get a reversion that can support more onboard memory.

      @@Hex-Mas ya. I found that out after I posted this video. I agree though. Just give me mb/gb. Like everything else. lol. Thanks for the comments!

    Awesome information loving my hackrf/portapack but there is a lot to learn!

    Some of the gibberish looks like the raw characters APRS uses to encode. And they pack what is sent so decoded bits may not look like plain text.

      That’s what I was thinking too. But thank you for clarifying. Appreciate the input!

    what kind of connectors are on your portapack I noticed they are blured out

    • @KJ7VUB
      @KJ7VUB  5 месяцев назад +2

      Oh. I didn’t mean to blur them. The bottom ones are 3d resin printed sma protectors. So the green tint makes them look blurry. The main are sma to bnc. There’s a link in my first video for them.

    What antenna you using for ADS-B?

      @KJ7VUB  5 месяцев назад +1

      Stock. Telescopic. You don’t need it fully extended. I don’t think I extend mine at all.

      Interesting. What version are you running? Also check on discord to see if someone has a similar problem. I’ve never heard of this.

      I had my battery die a few times and someone recommended going to settings>P.mem mgmt and selecting “use SD card for P.mem” then it won’t rely on that tiny battery, hope that helps as it did for me.
