So is the PortaPack and HackRF One the same thing? just the PortaPack has a display and is knock off version? I'm confused why some people are saying they are using their PortaPack with the HackRF One if it's the same thing.
hi! The portapack is a shield on top of the HackRF. It is a shield that provides a monitor, some headphone, input buttons, etc. When people talk about the Portapack usually they implicitly mean PortaPack+HackRF. The hackRF by itself is a board that looks a bit like an arduino, without screen, buttons, etc.

In Boundle 4 (151usd) you get an additional antenna for 700-2700 Mhz (it depends if you plan to use those frequencies, but for just 3usd it seems good!) In boundle 5 (155usd) you don't get the 700-2700 Mhz antenna but rather a 35dbi antenna for GSM/3G/4G (note, dbi is a unit of measurement of gains of antennas, not of cables). Again, if you plan to do stuff on the GSM/3G/4G, this is a good choice! Finally, in boundle 6 (175usd), you get many kinds of antennas and also the TXCO (10Mhz very accurate clock) which is very important if you want to do some experiments with GSM, for example.
