What's even more extraordinary than this scene is the lack of negativity in the comments section. No trolls, no agenda's or disagreements. It's an example of the unity and solidarity that humanity can have - brought together by 2 minutes of a fictional character simply running on the streets. Thank you Rocky. Thank you Sly. Go go go gooooooooooo!
Watched this movie and the first one today, and watching this scene nearly made me cry. It’s so satisfying seeing him achieve something with the support of everyone. Already one of my favorite films of all time.
the first Rocky, and the final one, Balboa, are the best movies. Stallone wrote the script for the first movie and kept pitching it to hollywood, but they wanted to cast someone else as the lead. He knew it was meant for him, so he was homeless, even had to sell his dog to get some living money. One studio eventually let him be the main character in the script he wrote, and the rest is his story. and he even managed to buy back his dog. Stallone was not happy with Rocky 5 as being the ending, so he wrote Balboa, and that is one of the most amazing movies because it's not about how hard you hit, but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Keep moving forward
Wow...no matter how many years go by, this scene will never old..l get goosebumps when he speeds through that roundabout and the hoards of children running along with him in the background. It's just such an inspiring and powerful scene.
Having been born and raised in Philly and knowing where these locations are, his run would have to have been an absolute world record, the man zig/zags across so many neighborhoods it is insane and the distance is hilarious, even with that I still get chills, the music, the moment, it is all great!!!

The kid in the red jackets telling rocky to go Go GOOOOOO, has motivated and inspired me to do greatness and if I’m ever in a black hole in my life I watch this clip every time to bounce myself out of the hole
They kid yelling go gives me chills because he is almost parallel to Rocky when running.
Me also bro 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Great, Rocky is not about boxing its about overcoming challenges in your life. Yes he got a shot at the greatest title in the world but still...
And 1 very important thing, you have to do it yourself. noon else is going to help you.
1:40 is a tear jerker shot for sure. To have a whole city running behind you who believe in you like that is LEGENDARY💯💯💯
It even hits harder if you think how much lonely he was in first part...
it was such a good scene with how it contrasts him running the same route in the first movie completely alone
My favorite scene with kids yelling go go go...great
To see others cheering him on to prep up for his fight while running with him was awesome I bet that gave them a lot of motivation to push themselves and give them exercises like it does for me...when I'm running I forget about all my problems my truma, by working them out unleashing steam off my brain so I'd feel better where I imagine escaping my old life heading my way to freedom and happiness . That'll get anyone going harder for sure.
One of the most iconic scenes in cinema history.
It’s so badass

I don't see Rocky running there, for me it is Stallone himself, getting the fruits of his labour. After living on the streets, he didn't sell the rights for Rocky if he wasn't the hero. He gave up a million dollar to fulfill his dream of having a first role. This run was his consecration! It brings me joy and hope.

Bro, when i watched this scene, i got so emotional.
The only thing that i thought was about how Sylvester Stallone was finally being succesful in life and i started to cry.
It’s 2023 and we still watching this. What a legend.
The film is incredible, the scene is pure goosebumps, Stallone is a living legend, it's nice that I / we were allowed to grow up with it, I still don't think Stallone knows what he did incredible, thank you
i love him with all my heart
Incredible. Just wonderful and amazing 👍💜

It really doesn't get better than that. 2 minutes of cinematic magic.
I probably watched this scene 500 thousand times myself
I like this guy because to hardworking to success the future
That kid yelling " go" is beyond awesome.👍❤❤❤
I love how they recreated and modernized this scene in the creed movie
+KanTheMan_Nation That movie is bullshit, showing Rocky in such a state, blasphemy.

One of the greatest movie scenes ever. I remember everyone in the movie theater cheering. When Stallone was born they had to use two sets of forceps to deliver him and his vocal chords were damaged. Other children made fun of his slurred speech, so he got interested in boxing and weightlifting to build his confidence. And the world got Rocky Balboa. 🥰
