I can vouch for healing properties of Lourdes spring, I was ill in 1997 first time I went to Lourdes with group pilgrimage, I came back and started to get better ever since I have been going to Lourdes every year some times 2-3 times a year. Only missed 1 year during Covid Restrictions. normally I go around Easter Time. This year again 2023 I am going at Easter. I have stopped counting how many times I have been there. Praise God I have been Lucky to know St. Bernadette. I have been to Nevers at least 4 times. Thanks to be Lord. Amen

My mum was a Catholic & she took us to church, that seemed at the time little more than a Sunday ritual. My dad was indifferent as he had not been exposed to any religious experiences growing up. Apart from a picture of the sacred heart hanging in the bedroom shared with my two sisters, there were no prayers or devotions as a family to grow up in faith together. Then one day I watched ' The Song of Bernadette ' as a young child of around 8 or 9 years. I remember the incredible effect it had on me. I had the shivers & felt both a deep sadness & an intoxicating joy. I was so impacted, something ignited within me & convinced that it was whilst watching that I received the gift of faith that has been the burgeoning force through out my life ever since, staying with me inspite of taking the odd excursion away, enticed by the world as a young woman. But as if tethered by an invisible force my faith has always grounded me with an abiding trust & devotion to Our Lady who has always aided me whenever I have sought her intercession. I will forever have a special affection for this film that still spiritually & physically impacts me everytime I watch it. The most beautiful gifts my mother gave me for which I'm forever grateful. Firstly, baptism into the Catholic faith & receiving the sacrament of Holy Communion. Secondly just before she went to her eternal rest she gave me a beautiful Miraculous Medal that I wear every day. "O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee."

I do go to Sunday mass every Sunday to grotto of Lourdes in San Antonio Tx. Is one of the most relaxing places to be.

My mum was paralysed from the neck down in 1960, she had multiple sclerosis, I was 6 months old, they bathed her in hospital in water from Lourdes, the patient next to my mum her daughter had just come back from Lourdes, they gave the water to my mum and after a few months she took her first few steps, she walked up until her death in 1993, she was 61 yrs old.

Thank you for this beautiful story, it make you feel so happy to be catholic, I pray my rosary almost every day and when I finish my rosary I feel a unexplainable feeling of happiness. I do go to Sunday mass every Sunday to grotto of Lourdes in San Antonio Tx. Is one of the most relaxing places to be.

With gold roses as heaven is full of roses of all types. God is creator Blessed Almighty God is He! Please forgiveness to church that didn't believe you as you suffered sharing your faith as it was. They didn't understand your great Joy! As they were closed hearts the preists were not listening to you with open heart to believe ! My mum was paralysed from the neck down in 1960, she had multiple sclerosis, I was 6 months old, they bathed her in hospital in water from Lourdes, the patient next to my mum her daughter had just come back from Lourdes, they gave the water to my mum and after a few months she took her first few steps, she walked up until her death in 1993, she was 61 yrs old.
