As someone who used to watch Lily a lot, I would honestly love to see her try and defend herself in a court of law. She won’t. Cause she’s a coward. But just imagine.
To be fair, you don't choose to defend yourself in law. In civil someone has to make a case against her for damages and in criminal the courts will make sure she has someone to defend her.
It's considered to be a boneheaded move to represent yourself in court.

If this were any other situation where you were not personally involved and knew no one in the situation would you find the action acceptable or a good idea? Just remove yourself from the situation for a moment and ask yourself if this particular part of the situation was handled correctly or well?
She's not a mediator. She's just letting others know what Lily has been accused of. She's bringing awareness which is what EVERYONE on RUclips says you're SUPPOSED to do.

Like, huh?? Courtney is a frickin CSA survivor, why the frick do you assume that she'd want to say sorry to her abuser using her former friend as a middleman? KP had intentions of mediating discussion between Lily and Courtney to resolve things and bring closure to the situation. Something she is NOT qualified to do. It's no wonder Lily said she didn't "want [KP] to contact Courtney at all [on her behalf]." What did she expect? Like, KP wasn't even specific as to which allegations she wanted her friend's side of the story on. This is entirely the reason I stopped watching her videos. It was her video she did on Contrapoints and her video on Queer that made me quit for good. The queer video because it clearly demonstrated that Lily had absolutely zero knowledge of queer history or queer academia in the slightest and it bothered me so much. The Contrapoints video bothered me specifically because she pointed out in her Sarah Z video that Sarah Z lied and edited her video in a way that stripped away context and made Lily look worse or made it seem like she said things she didn’t. I enjoyed that video because I trusted her.
And then she did her video on Contrapoints, a RUclipsr I also watched, and was doing the exact same thing she accused Sarah Z of doing to her, cutting the important context from Contrapoints’ videos to deliberately make her look bad/enbyphobic (which she isn’t). And it struck me as odd because…it wasn’t necessary to lie. Like, if her point was ‘we need to expend fewer resources and less effort on trying to appeal to queerphobes and try to get them to change their mind,’ then she could just say that without lying. I don’t agree with the idea that the attempt shouldn’t be made at all, but there’s a number of queer folks that would’ve agreed with her. Why lie?
My trust was broken, so I left and retracted any and all support I had given her. Glad I got out when I did. Found out what Stockholm was actually about after the fact and I had never felt so nauseated.
