C3 Headlight Housing and Door Mechanism - How it’s Built

In this video, I show how the C3 Corvette, headlight mechanism and door is put together. I show all the tools that are needed for assembly, as well as provide some tips for better performance. This video applies to most C3 Corvettes built between 1968 and 1983.

That was a year ago, so I’m not positive, but I think around 3/8ths (but they could be 3/16ths for all I know!)
