@8:55 "I shouldn't have to slow down for something so asinine" Counterpoint: Yes; yes you should. It happens. The goal is to get to your destination in one piece, not to be the umpire of the actions of others. Slow down and give others a break (even if they don't seem to deserve it).
08:41 More people should turn in front of oncoming traffic until everybody learns that they should have to slow down for people that get in their way. I like to do it at the grocery store. ok but, teeechnically, that left turn should be yielding to oncoming, so if they’re not planning on getting the turn done in time, they should be waiting its like saying people going straight at an intersection should slow down since the other side can yield a left
Sometimes something unexpected comes up. I wouldn't be surprised if the truck driver didn't notice the huge potholes when he started to turn in. Once he started, he's kind of committed. But god forbid that the cammer has to make any kind of adjustments for anyone else.

Typically just any very old car that is no longer used very often, and doesnt really need to get a new sticker every year. That's why the exempt is there. The private automobile is again, just clarifying that it's a rarely used car, and just kinda exists because it's not worth selling or scraping, but Is still owned and used by someone. If somebody was as dangerous and caused as much damage in any other context in life they'd be in prison, but when they're behind the wheel of a car then carry on as long as you pay the ticket and insurance.
It is also absurd to pass illegally, even more so when the person in front of you is doing the speed limit, even more so as he chose to pass right after passing a sign that informs you that the road will split into two lanes to allow for safe passing up ahead, and finally it is especially absurd to continue to attempt to pass someone who is swerving and preventing you to do so. Truck driver is a dick but cammer should never be allowed behind the wheel of a vehicle. Also there is clearly snow around so icy conditions making everything the cammer did even more dangerous are wrong.
Granted, it IS a no passing zone they were in. Truck wasn't in the right at all, but the cammer needs to learn how to read signs. @8:55 "I shouldn't have to slow down for something so asinine" Counterpoint: Yes; yes you should. It happens. The goal is to get to your destination in one piece, not to be the umpire of the actions of others. Slow down and give others a break (even if they don't seem to deserve it).

Not just brake checking a semi truck. Brake checking a semi on the highway in heavy rain. Dude was risking the live of everyone on that danm road. What the hell

@Phillip Banes Agree. The flora is quite similar.

8:47 the guy was listening to Slipknot my favorite heavy metal band.😂
I can see a lot of these going to court and ending with "what do you mean I owe them? They started it!"
6:55 Man that guy really wanted to go for the clean racing line in their Honda Pilot.
I mean where I live everyone’s like what curves because all the roads are like that. You straighten them out. 🤷🏻♀️
8:41 - What's more asinine than a slow left turn on a low traffic residential street is complaining about it on the internet. lol
That person should've waited for an opening if they were going to take that turn so slowly. Oblivious asshole behavior.
2:18 Youre supposed to stop for a cop pulling into traffic that has their flashing lights on. You were the one in the wrong. That cop should have ticketed you.
0:42 I'm about to get my license in a week, and that clip is a perfect example on why I wait a second or two before I cross an intersection on a green. I've seen too many of these videos to not
Keep that awareness with you always, because I was hit by a red light runner and it was not fun in any way. I did not even see him in my peripheral vision either.
Good luck on your driving test! 😀
Yep - always remember, a green light doesn't mean it's safe to go, it just means you can go *if* *it's* *safe*
I've been driving 29 years, I look both ways at least twice before proceeding through a green light. Saved my fanny (and cars) a few times. It's a good habit to get into early in your driving career.
5:34 I always think it's extremely comedic when someone does something stupid and then after they've done their thing a cop turns his lights on
2:16 "State trooper almost hits me if I didn't hit my brakes" Wrooong: "I almost crash my car into state trooper with emergency lights on, because I wasn't paying attention."
@3:05, both are at fault, though it'd lean more towards the truck. Car was trying to beat the yellow in the turn, and the truck was FLOORING it to beat the yellow. Seeing how the car was already partially through the light, the truck should've stopped waaayyyyy back.
I was looking for this commebt
nah truck was in the clear, was yellow and no way they had a green arrow, if it was flashing yellow that means you have to watch and its kind of hard to miss a truck coming at you at warp speed, truck was in the clear
Where I’m from people turning left have to yield to cars going straight (if they both have the green light). But I’m not sure how it is here
A lot of these clips are partly the cammer's fault lol. Yeah you may have priority or be driving correctly and everything but you should still be wary at all times and slow down appropriately, don't just keep driving because "I have a cam and they'll be at fault" when the entire accident could be avoided. Like what the guy in one of the first clips did, he had the green but still looked both ways, saw a car speeding and stopped
I commented on another video about this same thing. Some of these cammers have never heard of defensive driving and it shows. If you see something crazy about to happen, get off the gas and slow down, or move into a safer part of the road. They have reaction times of a sloth.
12:00 van was actually trying to use the merge lane correctly and driver did not give him enough time/space to merge the first time. situational awareness.
9:09 No reason but the "NO PASSING ZONE" sign. 😂
Broken line on the right and solid on the left = passing zone.
It’s still no reason, the truck could have killed the cammer, not to mention it’s up to law enforcement to handle street crimes not rando calressian.
@@RollingRoadEFIweird that the sign says “No passing zone”.

@@amandak.4246 No it isn't
Maybe they won their license in a raffle! 😂
In my state, all you have to do is back into a parking spot (changing direction as many times as you need to) and have a working horn. The horn is the more important of the two.

12:00 sorry I don't see how this is "giving them room to merge" they were clearly starting merging as you decided to fly up next to them for absolutely no reason...
I swear most of these are the cammers fault
Should have merged faster. They had plenty of time to merge over.
I live close by there and yeah people always do that only in Florida
They could have gave more room but the guy literally couldn't be bothered to use his turn signal anyways lmao he's not entitled to merge
You don't merge till the last second, it's called the zipper merge, problem is no fucking one does it right and that's why we get so much traffic from a simple exit or merge lane.
0:58 When the beat perfectly coincides with the truck spinning out 👌
4:33 has more patience then me I would’ve rear ended that driver years ago😂

1:00 that car spinning in tune with the music **chefs kiss**
4:32 wow! Rare siting of a BMW finally using blinkers
1:00 it's always the pickup trucks going way too fast in the snow. They don't realize that pickup trucks are some of the worst handling snow vehicles because of the lack of weight over the rear wheels, a tiny Subaru handles better in the snow than an F150 but they apparently feel invincible in their big trucks.
And the higher center of gravity. But yeah, seems like a disproportionate number of citizens in F150s seem to have no fear.
I drive a pickup and its always those little shitbox CARS that are passing me when I'm driving carefully because the roads are bad! So you're wrong!
@@stevekrein6824 A higher center of gravity as little to no bearing on traction in snow and a vehicles with a higher ground clearance drive better in the snow. The pick up's down side is the natural and unavoidable uneven weight distribution. A pick-up with some weight in the back and higher stance will behave much better in snow than the average car. Winter tires are an absolute must in any winter equation. Any tire other than winter tires on ice is extremely dangerous.
@8:21 They couldn't see that coming? The cammer could have easily avoided that one.
They both could have.
They’re not legally allowed to turn there anyway the cammer won’t be charge for this

They are called emergency lights for a reason ,your supposed to beware !
Totally your fault!
the cop isn’t totally innocent here because it’s still his responsibility to not jump out that close to another car even if they don’t yield. just wait 0.5 seconds instead of assuming
Only having emergency lights on does not give right of way. Emergency lights + sirene does.
@@Re69. Deaf folks exist, no state law says lights + sirens, and any that do would be overridden by federal laws regarding emergency vehicles.

Our friend at 5:20 rollin' a cam in an '80's Lincoln? NICE.
Dude who almost got hit by the cop with his lights on: That was your fault. Yeild to emergency vehicles, slow down, move over. It's pretty simple.
Yep
They did all of that, Jesus, some of you commenters are worse than the cammers.
They were both assholes. The cammer probably should have been more cautious, but lights or not, the cop still is obligated to drive safely, and he obviously just cut out without looking.
Only emergency lights does not give right of way. Only lights + sirene does.
2:15 Cammer's fault for not yielding the right of way to an police car with its lights on.
2:20 yep, but his lights where on, so you would've been deemed at fault no matter what
