@@mglimabh In which case what is the point of this this video if it doesn't represent the sound of the speaker? There are plenty out there making these kinds of videos that seem to capture a pretty accurate representation of what the subject speaker's sound is like...
If you google a bit you will learn that B&W “borrowed” ideas from Elipson. This is one of the main reasons Bowers looks and is engineered like it is today and like it was in the past. Elipson’s engineer Joseph Leon believed only a sphere enclosure with interior resonator can sound the best man can make with dynamic drivers. So Elipson would the first B&W, so to speak, the originator of ideas, technologies. Many do not know this.
Beautiful set and accurate sound 👌👍
Show de bola!!! a HiFI é Monstro!
Very smooth and punchy
Are these any good for home theater or they are more of an audiophile 2 ch speaker?
Where's the bass that this track has???!
The room is huge and the camera can't capture all the bass. Probably the computer or iPhone can't reproduce well.

Big bass is not necessary "fidelity".
@@zorbeclegras5708 It is if it's in the recording-and it is in this one.
I've got a pair of these, I can confirm they're very capable in the low range. Especially on this track
From far away , looks like B&W 800 series speaker. No bad
Elipson make such speakers since the 70'. They used moreover elliptical load: see "La Religieuse" studio monitor.
