It feels really broken at the Lomei labyrinths in the sky, you can just check your minimap to see where you're going and zoom around the place without worrying about falling
@@lukurd5923I just cheesed the sky labyrinth by flying to the top and making a travel point then just walking across the top and dropping down from above to the four points on the mini map. Then just travel to your point and repeat three more times then travel back to your point one more time to interact with the dragon terminal that unlocks the depths.
I have watched so many of these combat videos, but this is the first one I've seen that showcases techniques simple enough I might actually be able to do them 😂, AND gives a clear explanation. Great video!

Another Construct strat that wasn’t pointed out here: when the construct flies up to become a big square in the sky, you can rewind one of the blocks he drops, then hop on and catch a ride up on the reversing block. There’s really no limit to all the options you have and fun stuff you can do lol
I'm not that interested in all of those, but the pivot shield jump into rocket- and then bomb shield combo really has style to it and I'm going to use it. Thanks!
TotK has quite literally added a whole other dimension to combat, and I am all here for it If this is where combat is only about a month after the game's release, I *cannot* wait to see how crazy it gets in the future!!
If it wasn’t a physics game they wouldn’t have given us the ability to build such cool things. I just hope the dlc adds more favorite slots for auto build. Adding contraptions to combat is so much fun
Of all things I actually really want to copy from other totk players, its the high level combat... Forget the vehicles and newly discovered glitches.. I want to be so badass I don't worry about having few resources entering into a battle
I love the full Glide Armor set. Obviously having no fall damage speaks for itself but Sky Mobility is a new element of the game that I can never utilize as much as I would like. I would love to see more fun/useful ways to use it.

I was looking for things to do and randomly paraglided over to one. Did exactly as you were saying and spent way too much time flying around in the Glide Suit at ridiculous speeds just for fun. I really feel like there was wasted potential here. Glide Suit challenges in low gravity or something more that took you from the sky islands to the depths would have been so much fun.
Hilarious way to beat lynels 🙃 Get a plus 3 attack boost, phantom ganon armour set, Royal guards claymore that's combined with a molduga jaw (with one hit away from braking) Then climb on the lynels back, and give it all the hits you can until u fall off. You can use any royal guards claymore, but the fixed ones are better Then, be immensely satisfied with what happens to the lynel 🙂
@@q.b.3828 they (depending on what type) get obliterated in around one combo while on their back. Silver and white maned lynels take a little more if your using a non-fixed royal guards claymore.

Wow I have a lot of catching up to do, however once I get there the real fun begins! The Bomb shield BTB I discovered 10 hours into game play! It is so much fun! The orbiting keese eyes is intriguing! I shall experiment!
At this point, it's just matter of time Max will do another Thunderclap Rush in ToTK, pair with all new trick from ToTK. Poor demon army will be decimated with style by lore accurate Link.
For the flux construct, when it gets super high, I typically just rewind the blocks it throws down while riding it. You can also use a bomb arrow to lower it and then use ascend. I prefer to not waste bomb flowers though if I can help it.
This kind of video reminds me of skate clips how every "tricks" on their own have to be masted and then put together for an amazing compilation props to you, def gives me more motivation to play the game and learn advanced combat techniques edit: and thanks for taking the time to explain in details !

It was so well timed that I seriously thought that the ice projectiles where due to the earthwake technique on the moblin fight. I know it doesn't make sense but I thought maybe there was a quest to upgrade it
Keese orbiting is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. I hope at some point a glitch is discovered that can attack multiple things to an arrow so we can have homing missiles

As a child of the 80s just learning to shield surf, who came for some tips, I think I know how that Lionel felt! :- ) wow. Great tips still. I'm gonna have to practice a LOT.
Could you just smack them a bunch with a really strong weapon? Yes. Would it be even half as cool as doing a super complex set of movements? Not in the slightest.
When you put hours into games with good combat there's things ya come up with on your own, don't be too caught up in trying to do someone else's combos that's how I look at it when I play Zelda totk and even Hogwarts legacy

I love the glide suit in low-grav, it just looks like link is full on flying

sadly the game added new features to make stylish things but didn't really improve the botw combat system which is bad

If you haven't yet done so, try using the full glide set in a sky labyrinth. Just zooming around with it in the updraft is a lot of fun!

All these high level techniques are so hard to pull off and you do them like second nature. Pure skill right there

Go to some of the NPCs in lookout landing that have weapons, like zora, attack them. They'll attack back with no damage
