Pro tip that I just found out about that will help with your builds: Instead of folding and turning your machines trying to attach wheels, use a zonai stake on the bottom and use it like a jack

That would be sick! I doubt Nintendo will do it, but they did add the custom items option to mario kart which i believe was a mod before, so if they did it wouldn’t be the first time they add a mod to their game.

There seems to be a very even divide between elegant machines which can be driven as if they were an extension of Link's body and machines which can only be described as "do-hickies"
I recommend you look into the create mod, especially the Valkyrien skies X Create mod "Clockwork" which introduces fricking physics to minecraft. There are plenty of addons for it tio like Trackworks which adds tank treads

I had a feeling that I were only scratching the surface of the ultrahand fusing system during my playthrough, yet this still completely and utterly exceeded my expectations in every way.
I'm very disappointed that we weren't able to build a train. Couldn't you guys imagine building train tracks all around the map, giving you a zen feeling as you sit in one of the cars and look out the window at Hyrule while some original Zelda music plays.
There is a limited number of attachments you can do, and an even smaller number of attachments to a single build. Some of these designs were probably already at the max.
I don't think I lack imagination, I think that I'm just kinda greedy with my stuff and try to simplify them just enough to do the job. Hoping that when I get further in the game I'll be so rich in zonaite and devices that this can actually be affordable for me.

I have a simple yet reliable (and spammable) drone that I call Pustulio. Yes, I named it after the hypnotic zit from Invader Zim. It uses a homing cart, a construct head, two flamethrowers, a shock emitter and a cannon. I might consider making more designs, though. Pustulio MK2 might use more varied arsenal for example.

Just worked out how to do the gears for the walker at 6:58 With at least 5 wooden wheels. Two on opposite ends of the large wheels, and three to create your elevated control platform that is out of the way of the mechanism.
Oh I see. 3 on bottom, attached by their center between the large wheels, and one attached to that center wheel on edge. That's why it doesn't spin the top.
The first thing I think when I see crazy vehicles isn't "oh that's so cool", it's "good luck finding somewhere to use that." There's a reason they are always building these in hyrule field and the racing trial grounds: they're utterly impractical to drive anywhere else.
Yeah, I don't think developers can go any further than this. Lol To be honest, I think gaming in general is reaching it's peak. I don't think developers can improve the gaming formula anymore. The only thing that hasn't been done in gaming is integrating all human senses into a game (like taste, smell, and touch), which will take a level of technology that we dont have and probably will never have. What will determine how advanced a game is nowadays is art direction instead of technology.
Next step is adding complex AI to NPC so they can really feel "alive"....but that would start other kind of super deep conversations about if the NPC are really alive and if it's human to "kill" them or use them as "NPC slaves".

I love the ones that put a ton of stuff on the wheels. It not only looks funny, it’s actually a better wheel. More distance traveled for far less spin on the wheel, meaning you can travel farther on less battery.
