I also hate it when he says "It only costs 63 zonaite." Like, that's the 21 item limit. The only way it can cost more is if you include big batteries in the build.
7:03 - I actually did something similar. I spawned a cannon to clear a massive wall of rock and decided I’d throw it ahead of me, thinking it would just stay where it landed and continue shooting. That was the day I found out that Newton’s 3rd Law was still a thing, even in TotK.
I did the same. I laughed more at my own stupidity and agreed that I deserved that. Then I tried again with some safeguards in place. I forgot to set up the safeguards, so..... >_>
I love how instead of Lynels' ability to disintegrate (most) machines leading us, as intended, to just not build machines as a means of fighting them, it instead led us to developing incredibly simple, elegant machines that cheese them with zero moving parts.
Yo, saaaaame. I'd love to just rapidly port that one punch car into my game. I'm not as logically-minded as some of the absolute ballers who play this, so it'd help out a ton.
I doubt the Ramp would work well. Gleeoks can despawn Construct Builds with the Windblasts from their Wings, so a Ramp placed close enough to get good item-unassisted shots on their Heads would need to be replaced after every cycle of Damage. And you'd still need another means to reach them if you allow them to take to the Skies at low Health...

3:40 instead of flame emitters it would be interesting to see what would happen if a beam emitter was attached instead It's been shown the do more damage while moving since it registers as multiple hits So if they were attached to a propeller pointing one direction moving super fast it may provide a good damage boost to the beam emitter while also knocking down enemies with the wind generated by the propeller.
sadly it's actually been shown that moving the laser does NOT register multiple hits, each enemy that gets hit has about a 1 second window before they can be hit from the same source again. however turning it off and on again DOES make it count as a new beam and thus reset the counter (either that or the beam itself is the one keeping count and turning it off just terminates the count)
I thought the limit was 20? When I watched people build (I can't waste what little I have to test yet), they could only do 20 before the oldest pieces detached.

You know what would be amazing? Having the ability to individualy activate weapon-emitters instead of all at once. I'm imagining a rotating barrel of several bomb-emitters and them firing one after another, like a giant gatling-gun...like a continuous spam of bombs

7:50 Captain Pancakes wasnt able to kill the red lynel mounting it once - this is probably because their sword didnt have 1 durability, maybe 2 or 3. Using a royal guards claymore with a molduga jaw at 1 durability, atk up 3 food, and 3pc evil spirit armor I can kill silver lynels in one mount.
@@crecolax I did some digging online and found this out. The Rubber board is from the Jonsau Shrine. It's more bouyant than wood, more durable than stone, and non-flammable.
Someone needs to make a truck commercial for the one punch pickup. “Get the new Dodge one punch pick up for maximum off road adventures or if you have a job that requires the industry’s best towing capacity then the Dodge one punch pick up has you covered.”
The anti-lynel laser platform I use is similar to the one you showed, but with a shield at an \ angle to protect against arrows, and cannons to handle armor.
I'mma keep asking it, cause I can't figure it out myself. How do you put the small wheels and other items together to allow the wheels to turn the items, without them flying off or breaking the Ultrahand glue?
Figure between this and the Osprey build, I finally need to learn to make these shrine fan engines. What I haven't figured out is what this "big rubber board" is.. it looks just like a large shrine metal panel, except that its green (autobuilt) so if it were something unique I don't think I've seen it yet. Can I ask what you used for this rectangular panel?

@@ytshotmaker Don't understand me wrong, I mean some hurtful things like horns and spikes, not the Zonai weapon parts, attached to the sled doors! The concept of the car is genius! But it's just a punch at the moment, but you could add some spikes to its fists!
The clip from 'ravioliqueen' highlights one of my most hated things about BotW and TotK: how bloody long it takes for you to stand up. It is way too easy for enemies to stunlock you to death. I've thrown more controllers over these two games than any other I've ever played.
I have survived big attacks from sliver enemies by the 'stunlock', you can't be stunlocked to death. You have s until you stand up fully. If, by then, you are hit again, thats on you and only you.
Honestly the last one should be build of the day. I like yhe fan shield way of bullet timing but ive found it a little tricky to do on the fly and very punishing if mis inputted. I actually didnt know you could build something like that in there and not have the lynels roar it down. Like i one cycle lynels w my molduga pristine royal g claymore anyway but hate burning through bow durability unnecessarily 😂

don't even need the ramp, just fuse a glider to a shield and shield jump, the extra airtime ya get is plenty enough to activate bullet time

The reason people are walking around with very little health is some weapons get buffed when you're down to one heart.
Funny, I made a very similar turret in order to kill the colosseum lynals, guess it's just the best way to do it.

It's actually less effective with weapons attached, a sturdy zonaite piece like a sled, cart, stake etc works best
