Careful when taking off the old ear pads. I received a pick to help separate the old ear pads from the headphone. Slip the pick between the old earpad, and slightly twist to create a gap near each of the four notches. Do not twist the pick 90 degrees and pop it off on one notch only. You might break the opposing notch. But if you did, the replacement pads come with some adhesive to help put them together.

Don't pull like that, i broke mine by fallowing this video. Separate by screw driver or by strong knife.
