- Hi guys! It's been a couple of weeks since i last reacted to Morissette Amon, but it's happening again. Singing a Mariah Carey song is a huge risk to take, but i have to say that I am very, very impressed! I hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think!

This is her performance of Secret Love Song that caught the attention of Little Mix. Jade Thirlwall posted in her IG a video of her and other LM members excitedly watching on youtube Morissette's performance. Someone could be heard exclaiming "Jesus" when Morissette hit the high notes.
Jade Thirlwall was so impressed that she followed Morissette's IG account.

Loved your reaction! So happy and excited that you have been able to see some of her best live performances and appreciate her as much as we do. I really love Mori’s presents and personality. She’s standing on one of the largest stages in the world and yet she somehow fills the whole arena with her music and dancing. She didn’t let the audience or stage swallow her up. She’s courageous and very adventurous to attempt these songs and make them her own. She didn’t try to sing the song the way MC did, but have a new fresh style to both of the songs and sang it with her own style, I respect that about her. That’s the difference between a real artist covering a famous song and a “cover artist”.
Thank you so much- I really appreciate it! The more I watch of her, the more impressed I am! She has got so many layers and dimensions to her voice which I really appreciate in a singer. It keeps it fresh and new and there's always a surprise in store! She's got such charm and an aura of kindness about her for sure! I love when singers and performers are just being themselves and that's their image instead of creating a facade of something they're really not! Super impressed with her cover of " Emotions". I've heard a lot of covers and this is definitely one of the best ones! :)

Tbh with you I'm from Middle East and I'm a fan of Ailee and So Hyang and I've never heard any Filipino Singers in my Life till I found Morissette on YT with this song *"SECRET LOVE SONG"* by Little Mix on Wish 107.5 Bus. When I heard her rendition of this song I said to myself this girl is sooo unique to all the Singers I've followed. It's been more than 1 year (June 2017) now that I'm a fan of hers. She's my ultimate fav. Asian Singer. You're right, singing MC songs are really difficult to cover but Morissette always give justice to every MC song she covers. This is what I love about her she don't afraid to commit mistakes she embraces it. Don't forget those whistles are *LIVE.* The first whistle at the middle of the song was perfectly executed. The last part of the song she did 3 whistles....the first whistle was on pitch, the second one less power and a little bit flat and the 3rd one was okay but the last part like there was a glitch to it or I don't really know what happened. Nevertheles, she did an *AMAZING JOB* who can whistle live in front of 40,000+ people? Kudos to Morissette for being brave to sing it live. Thanks for appreciating Morissette's talent.
When I first started my channel I reacted to So Hyang and have been mesmerised by her voice ever since, but it's so nice to discover other amazing talents through suggestions in the comment section! She has got an amazing voice and is a natural entertainer. I've heard a lot of singers covering Mariah Carey songs, and as you said, it is extremely hard to do, but I have to say that Morissette did an amazing job! And I totally agree- the whistle register is extremely hard to control, so it's incredible that she's attempting it in front of that many people.It's very hit and miss, so I'm sure had she done it again she would have nailed those last whistle notes! I'm really excited to watch more of her videos! Thank you for commenting! :)
@@catotnnessen8554 Yeah, I love So Hyang for being a great technician but not all the songs suits her tone that's my problem with her at least for me, her voice is too sharp or thin when she belts high but when the songs suits her voice ohhh it's heaven. She worked hard for her technique to improve. She became a great technician at 30's now she's already at 40's. Morissette is a better singer/vocalist than So Hyang at teens and twenties. She has already an amazing technique considering that she's so young just turned 22 few months ago. She has a lot of time to develope her skills and I can't wait to see as she reaches her prime what her voice and technique would be. Fyi, Morissette can sing so many genres and she's a good dancer too. She's a versatile singer. The more you react to her videos sooner or later you're going to agree with me.
@@spotontv7878 Your comment is very spot on and I understand what you're saying! I think I saw a video of So Hyang from way back and I did notice how much she has improved over the years and how much more control she has over her voice! I think So Hyang have a very specific kind of voice where Morissette's voice is more versatile and she can pull of singing a variety of genres! As you said though, when So Hyang sings the right songs it's angelic! It'll be interesting to follow Morissette's career in the future and see her grow into her full potential! :)

She always wears graded contacts when performing to correct her vision ( she can't see clearly) but when offstage, she wears glasses.
