People usually only pay attention to the pieces or the brands they’re wearing rather than how they go together color wise. Sometimes people even match colors together, but not in the right way, or they overdo it. In this video Im going to display 3 Easy and simple color blocking techniques that I use. There are multiple color combinations that can come from these simple steps. There are things to keep in mind when choosing colors, and that is the color wheel. The color wheel makes it easy to see colors that relate and contrast from each other. Many designers go to this when they are choosing colorways and combinations for their clothing collection. Here are some color harmony combinations: Direct Harmony, Split Complementary, Triadic, Analogous, Tetradic, Monochromatic. There are also different hues, tones, and shades that you can play off of. Hi, great video! Pro tip to choosing your colors the easiest way would be to get an app that can give you those colors. For example, the "color harmony" app let's you chose colors from your camera and find the right hex #. From there you can pick your combinations.
