Hi - great question! If it’s possible to be slightly (half a step maybe) in front, yes. This helps your weight go more towards the ball. It’s not possible on a deeper ball, or if you don’t have as much time. The key on those ones is to make sure you’re fully rotated with your hips and upper body! Hope this helps.
