I don't think telescope is useless in GTA online cause we do clothing glitches trough telescope so i don't want telescope to be removed

2:16 according to the picture & my Knowledge .. that is not ' exhaust '.... that is called " height extended Air Intake " . which supplies Oxygen (basically air ) continuously to the engine even in submerged situation .
Telescopes are necessary for doing Clothing Glitch in GTA Online 😎

about the 14th point, the game engine uses something called backing and if you want to add reflections, you have to enable "screen space reflection" which is a performance-demanding task. that's the reason why we don't see reflections, even shadows are prebaked because calculating light in renders is such a time talking process, they use prebaked lighting to make your system render 30 or so frames per second. these are limitations of our current generation of game development.
8:00 that was because of technology which was available in 2013 but now there is ray tracing which can make rear view mirrors better

The telescope thing isn't useless at all, it's just there to enhance the details and to make the game more realistic type! Plus it doesn't bother the players in any way!
