Her singing of Silent Night, in picture only, was the best I’ve ever heard, The O’Holy Night,…. O Helga Natt, was “ outstanding “ along with her Pie Jesu! So Pete, you’ll know that I wasn’t “ kidding on” …Joking! when I said she was unbelievable! Thanks Buddy, you’ve made my evening more enjoyable!👍
You remind me of my beautiful late wife, who was a Miss South Africa in 1964, and represented South Africa in the Miss Universe Pageant in Miami, Florida in that same year, her maiden name was Gail Robinson. I miss her so much but when I see you wonderful memories of our time together come flooding back. Thank you for reminding me of her🙏🏻✝️🤗💕🦅
I have not heard her version.. and she's singing in absolutely perfect English as well. She has such depth and presence to her voice regardless of what language she is singing in. This is a beautiful rendition... the orchestra has also accomplished a superb accompaniment as well. I wonder where this was performed? Here in the states? She speaks English like she was born here. Truly an amazing and gifted woman.
You do not recognize Shania Twain, Sarah McGlaughlin, Julie Andrews.....Fridga from ABBA....the problem for First Singer/First Composer is to look around at the world and try to figure out what country needs money and money for taxes is very hard to come by...but...give them a song to sing and a dream and people are more willing...even most willing as produced by Sinead O'Connor First Singer/First composer...for even country...if one would look more closely...the first singer/first composer would bow out and hire lookalikes to carry on....
I am 85, male and a USA Citizen. With all of the wrong things happening in my country as well as around the world, this video and LADY gives me much needed hope and Not the hope Obama spoke about then never delivered, /sadly.
