I noticed there are sentiments from people who wanted vildred to live but I think his tragic death was a good impact with the story, also knowing he was a student of Ran like senya kinda add this ominous aura to Ran. His students can't help but be manipulated by hate and anger which we see him almost fall into with Ras but he controlled himself.

I agree, I have a feeling that his swords will have some impact on the overall story since he implies that the summer sword shouldn’t go back to the Eastern Continent for some reason.

This side story is the first time I tried reading anything story-related ever since Ep 1 finishes developing. It gives an interesting start for the next episode which is not something I cared about in the previous two episodes and side stories. Great video, keep it up!
