ED are so weird ! One of my rules is I have to drink 800ml of water right after I wake up and can’t drink or eat anything else until I finish it. Why 800ml ? No idea 😆 I track all my water intake on my phone and drink about 4 liters a day which makes me look bloated ! Also I know I’m getting worse when everything I eat has to be in my Hello Kitty and Rillakuma bowls, I have many of them for soup, fruits, snacks. Even if it’s the same serving size, won’t eat it on a regular plate 🤷♀️😆 So weird and annoying! I love love the mini pot ! I genuinely think food is better worth it when it’s serve in a cute way !!! They r indeed weird and don’t make sense whatsoever 🫠 For me, i can’t eat from white plates/bowls or that aren’t mine (which gets annoying cus i end up traveling with those things🤣) and i also need to drink water before anything😆 And 100%, if food looks cute and pretty then it feels worth having😅
That’s actually good to have water in the morning bcz while your sleeping your mouth makes b12 and u have to drink water straight after u wake up and do ur bed so the goodness rlly gets in there! Tho I can’t eat anything without having drunken water first either hehe
As some with high risk of developing an ED , i should say that ed’s can be show in many ways and its different in each people , but the syntomps are the same but show in a different way.
Your body is so pretty and not big at all!! Dont think youre fat or big. Youre slim and skinny and i recommend telling your dad about this ED bc when my family found out about mine, i got a psychologist and im eating normal at the moment. I do feel a bit guilty but it has gotten much better trust me. Feels good to eat and ik its scary but in the end you will be happy.

Now I eat it but when I do I always feel sick then... very sick. Nobody knows about this but I eat it cause I crave it. I know I shouldn't do that, it's like my body doesn't want it but my mind yes, I kinda want to eat normally now but I can't. Fortunately I was able to ignore my cravings for a year but that leads me at this point. If I could choose now for my old self I would never do such thing. I wish I could go back. Satisfying cravings shouldn't be a bad thing if it's in moderation. Talking rationally, there is no good or bad foods, the quantity is what it's all about :)
I got super obsessed with grocery stores when I was at my worst too - I think it’s your starved brain getting stuck on food. Some people watch tons of cooking or mukbang videos, but I can’t stand the chewing.
yep I literally would go to the grocery store everyday to look at food and then buy low cal stuff…I also had an obsession with watching these videos (still do when I relapse)
ngl im proud of myself i ate 900 cals today and burned off 400 so i had 500 cals today, today is the first day of me restricting, im proud of myself tho! i had a protein filled meal for lunch and for snack too.
If you don’t allow yourself foods that you crave, you will end up failing. You can still restrict calories without restricting foods that make you happy. Just allow yourself a portion of foods you crave. You will feel much more satisfied with your diet and will have much less chance of binging.
I just want to say I struggle with the same things and thought :(. I like to rewatch your videos because they comfort me in a way and sometimes I feel like we're the same person lol. Anyways, I haven't see anything or heard anything in a while and hope you're doing well. Lots of hugs

You would like coconut or oat milk a lot I think. Right now I am trying to find a plan for eating that would work for me. Is it ok, you think, to eat even if jo appetite? My body is still so out of whack

I’m like the opposite, until I have some sort of caffeine I usefully won’t drink water because I find it gross but then after that it tastes fine?

It sounds a lot like OCD, which in my experience had to do a lot with EDs!

Try looking for low fat and lactose free, these should be lower in cal. I believe cream cheese can also be lower in cals but I'm not a 100% sure
