I would say toxic Brainz should be on there because of how good he is. It so easy to get his legendary meter, and toxic overload is really good. Maybe goalie star to because he can freeze you then easily imp punt or sprint tackle u. Maybe Z7 because like toxic Brainz, he is annoying because he is good. Toxic pea is also very annoying because the player can just shoot the floor, pogo pea, and he doesn’t require a lot of skill in my opinion.
The thing about toxic brainz is the thing that he is a close range character. In most of the lobbies he will get slapped by peashooters in Gatling roses and pretty much any other character that can shoot people from far away and deal decent damage( and chompers of course). The only time tb is really good is on close range maps and especially when there is less people in a server, since when a server it’s full you wouldn’t manage to reach your toxic overload even once unless you punch bots.
Yes of course a rose would take ages to kill a tb and would almost definitely die by herself, but the times I found a rose being by herself and not camping at the end of the map with all her teammates is around 0.
For me, the character I can't stand the least is the Arctic trooper, there are too many players who hide like a pirate or a cactus and you just have to run away before they freeze you and finish you off.
In my expierience captain canon and roadie z are played more by max ranks. Which is both worse and better at the same time cause on one hand you know they are able to play other characters just fine, but on the other hand they end up being way too good with the characters and seem to be going for the maximum amount of boasts they can get with them.
When it comes to max ranks, I see them play as cricket star and bbq corn the most. “Coincidentally,” they are some of the most annoying characters in the game IMO (especially corn).
In my opinion all of these characters are anoying but on number 9 ( or 8 ) instead of Nec Rose i would add any Foot Soildier ( exept Centurion and Scuba Soildier because they are not so anoying ) and i think they are more anoying than Nec Rose because you don't see her in every match but Soildiers are everywhere in every match and you know ZPG's are kinda anoying but when you play peashooter you are baisicly dead. I agree with this list! It's really accurate (Plasma pea does look cool In Garden Warfare 2! but he looks better in Garden Warfare 1, The neon eyes and the dark tone of blue and the stars all over him really made him look sick)
you forgot to mention agent pea and good lord he is super annoying. while he has less health than any peashooter, his fire rate and critical hit damage is just outrageous, even at long distance. not only that but his projectiles are hard to see, you can barely hear him, and he'll kill you in less than a second due to his critical hit damage and fire rate.
Rose was even more annoying when the game came out you had infinite homing range she had 125 health and arcane enigma didn't have a delay so if you used it you would instantly turn invincible also goatify was much easier to hit than it is now also she used to deal 10 damage instead of 9 if you think rose is good now she was the go to option for nearly everybody pop cap had to emergency nerf the rose 2 weeks after she was released
Bro I got in a lobby with a guy who only played as captain cannon. Every round, he would switch to zombies team and play as captain cannon. He would then proceed to sit as far back in the map as he possibly could and snipe the entire game and he had a hovergoat with him that would just sit behind cover and buff him the whole game. He even got like 96 kills in one round which was the most I’ve ever seen. At the time that happened, I was in Vc with 2 other people and we proceeded to team up and try to take him down even once. After trying so many things, we finally did it. I think we got him a total of two times and he got us like 10 times each.

10. Disco Chomper. While not particularly strong, the fact he has to fill up his legendary mode by swallows mean players will swallow a lot more, which is always more annoying than getting bitten to death. 9. Toxic Pea. Nerfed from GW1 (thank god) but extremely cheesy and obnoxious. Especially in Turf. 8. Armour Chomper. He's easy to outrun but if he gets up close, he's won the fight. Also has the highest DPS of his class outside trigger mashing and Disco Chomper in his legendary mode. 7. Chemist. One of my favourite characters but god facing him is like hell. While he actually has the lowest kill times of his class, his spread is so big that he pretty much cannot miss in melee range. He's very braindead and is often used for targeting too. 6. Iron Citron. Wins pretty much any 1-on-1 match by default due to his extremely high health, has the annoying Citron abilities and is virtually incounterable in Iron Mode. 5. Toxic Brainz. The best character in the game IMO, his legendary mode is way too easy to achieve, and can drop literally anyone in like a second with overload. Also Multi Ball is OP in overload. Also no plates can just buy him and easily dominate. 4. Twilight Chomper. Second highest DPS out of the bite chompers and his warp is extremely annoying. He's only below Hot Rod because he isn't quite as fast and not a lot of people have him. 3. Torchwood. Way too much health and three of the cheesiest abilities in the game. 2. Hot Rod Chomper. Despite his lower health, he can outrun anyone, moves stupidly fast in burrow and his gimmick basically takes him to the next enemy. Also I'm not sure if this true but it feels like he lunges forward a lot more than the others when he bites. 1. E-Pea. Manual detonation, splash, extra speed, practically never runs out of ammo as he has the fastest reload out of any plant in the game. Incredibly braindead, cheesy and often used by targeters.

another thing for me hot Rod chomper is like number 10 at the tier list like you said he’s easy to counter and some fun fact for electro pea he was a shit character when gw2 released but after an update they upped his damage and that’s when 137 kill games with electro pea started pogo pea was invented that was the start of chaos something made below hell
Noah great ranking video and its hard for me to agree with your number one ranking because every captain cannon I've seen I've killed easily but u (no offense) make it seem so annoying
10. Disco Chomper. While not particularly strong, the fact he has to fill up his legendary mode by swallows mean players will swallow a lot more, which is always more annoying than getting bitten to death.
9. Toxic Pea. Nerfed from GW1 (thank god) but extremely cheesy and obnoxious. Especially in Turf.
8. Armour Chomper. He's easy to outrun but if he gets up close, he's won the fight. Also has the highest DPS of his class outside trigger mashing and Disco Chomper in his legendary mode.
7. Chemist. One of my favourite characters but god facing him is like hell. While he actually has the lowest kill times of his class, his spread is so big that he pretty much cannot miss in melee range. He's very braindead and is often used for targeting too.
6. Iron Citron. Wins pretty much any 1-on-1 match by default due to his extremely high health, has the annoying Citron abilities and is virtually incounterable in Iron Mode.
5. Toxic Brainz. The best character in the game IMO, his legendary mode is way too easy to achieve, and can drop literally anyone in like a second with overload. Also Multi Ball is OP in overload. Also no plates can just buy him and easily dominate.
4. Twilight Chomper. Second highest DPS out of the bite chompers and his warp is extremely annoying. He's only below Hot Rod because he isn't quite as fast and not a lot of people have him.
3. Torchwood. Way too much health and three of the cheesiest abilities in the game.
2. Hot Rod Chomper. Despite his lower health, he can outrun anyone, moves stupidly fast in burrow and his gimmick basically takes him to the next enemy. Also I'm not sure if this true but it feels like he lunges forward a lot more than the others when he bites.
1. E-Pea. Manual detonation, splash, extra speed, practically never runs out of ammo as he has the fastest reload out of any plant in the game. Incredibly braindead, cheesy and often used by targeters.
