    Hey Niki, I'm not sure if you've tried it yet but I wanted to let you know that my yoga mat had been sliding around when I would do your workouts too and I tried something my mom recommended to me, she told me to turn my yogi may over on the back and take a hot glue gun and make large squiggly lines until I reached the bottom of my mat with the glue and now on any surface I place my mat on it never slides I'm really happy with how it turned out and I hope you'll want to try it and I hope it will work for you as well. Thanks for the amazing workouts by the way. :)

      I'll have to try that! Sounds like it could be really helpful! My mat is always trying to get away from me haha!

    It burn my abs were on fire🔥. The V planks are the hardest I cannot get my legs to straight to do them.
