    Can you try to do some back workouts? Loved this workout! Felt the burn halfway through round two and was cursing and praising your name at the same time LOL!

    This was hard. Did arms for 10 minutes and continued with this workout and after second round I was so tired but did it till the end😳Feeling strong 💪. Thank you, love your workouts ❤

    what app do you use for your timer ?

      It's just called Interval timer 4 HIIT its black and blue and has 26:08 on the picture!

    I like it a lot but u giggle to much and it's distracting
