Thank you for the hash brown recipe, It is so good! I love that it has no oil. I have a old George foreman in storage that I had not used for years, I cleaned it up and it worked perfect for making hash browns. I will be making these on a regular basis. Thanks again.

I agree with your son, it looks tough, only one piece of fruit!!! But I also agree with you that it is a fun challenge. I won't be doing it for the time being, though. I work long hours and all the food I take with me out of convenience is fruit. Lot of it. It's nature fast food and easy to carry. I will attempt to do a Mary's mini during my holidays! Also watching Seinfeld. So funny! I've recently finished watching MAID. It's so good!!!
The fruit part is a bit challenging, but you could always modify the challenge if you want to suit your preferences (ex. 2-3 servings instead of 1). I agree that fruit is absolutely nature's fast food! 🙌 Haha! Seinfeld is awesome! I'll take a look at MAID; thanks for the recommendation! 😊

We weren't sure whether or not the Griddler would be a good investment, but we love it and use it often! Yup, we've grilled tofu before and it works well!
I've never had harsh browns in my life. I didn't even know they existed. I will try that recipe. They look delicious! We don't have griddler in my country. I will see if I find a similar gadget.
Usually I don't care if I 'fit in' with others , but in the Marys Mini I wish I was like the majority of people that have success with it. I was miserable and wanted to totally binge after it was all said and done. Kudos to those who get benefit from it.
I'm so sorry to hear that the Mary's Mini wasn't a good fit for you and that you wanted to binge. Challenges like this can be fun, but it's not worth doing if it's making you miserable. I've had a decent time of it, but everyone's different and it's so important to listen to your body and do what works for you! More important than a short term diet, is your long term dietary pattern. ❤️

Hi Janice, you're right that we use the Griddler for hash browns and burgers. We also use it for pancakes, waffles, tofu, falafel, kebabs, and veggies. Hope that helps you to decide! We weren't sure whether to purchase it initially, but we're so glad we decided to buy it because we use it so often. 🙂
I'm not sure exactly how much weight I lost before getting into exercising more...maybe around 40-50 pounds? It isn't possible to target fat loss, so I recommend reducing overall body fat composition with WFPB nutrition, stress management, good sleep hygiene, and exercise. I recommend doing any exercise you enjoy - walking, dancing, running, lifting weights, calisthenics (bodyweight training) etc..
No, I wasn't expecting to lose weight during the challenge. I'm at a healthy weight, so I wasn't looking to lose more weight. That being said, I've heard from others that they have lost weight on the Mary's Mini.

I'm not sure exactly how much weight I lost before getting into exercising more...maybe around 40-50 pounds?
